I don't want to read a mafia romance where the heroine tells the man to choose her over his life of crime, and he says sure no problem. I don't read this kind of book because I'm looking for some kind of moral redemption arc that ends with my crime boss turning away from his life of crime. She didn't love him at all. She has this whole "Oh he's so terrible and he's a murderer and I'm just this upstanding moral schoolteacher model citizen who wants to bang him but have nothing to do with him otherwise" attitude, and it annoyed me. He wasn't believable as a powerful crime boss either, but at least I kinda believed he cared about her. She barely tolerated him. I've read this entire series up until this point....some of them I loved, and some not so much....(Really I'll just eat up a short smutty damsel in distress book like it's a bowl of candy...)but this one missed the mark by a long shot.
He marked her with pleasure and protected her with blood.
Molly has survived worse than a dark alley and a man with a knife, but nothing prepares her for the moment a bloodstained stranger steps out of the shadows and ends the threat with lethal precision. Samuil doesn’t pretend to be a hero. As pakhan, he runs his bratva empire with cold strategy and control, and the second he pulls her into his world, she becomes both his greatest weakness and the one thing he refuses to lose. What starts as shock and undeniable heat turns into something far more dangerous when one reckless night binds them together for life.
As enemies close in and old threats resurface, Molly is pulled into Samuil’s penthouse under the guise of protection. He calls it safety. She calls it control. Their connection burns hotter the closer danger creeps in, but when she learns the full truth of who he is and what he’s done, desire collides with morality. Loving him means standing beside a man who answers threats with violence, and choosing him could cost her the future she’s fought so hard to build.
When pressure cracks the fragile walls between them, Samuil has to decide whether power or family defines him, and Molly has to decide if protection born from darkness can ever feel like freedom. What begins as obsession and imbalance slowly shifts as she demands honesty and he’s forced to confront the cost of control. Their bond rebuilds into something chosen, fierce, and mutual, where dominance softens into devotion without losing its edge.
A dark, high heat bratva romance where forced proximity and an accidental pregnancy bind a morally gray, possessive man to a woman who refuses to surrender her autonomy. It’s about power clashing with conscience, trauma reshaped into resilience, and love transforming from control into responsibility.
The Elevator Pitch: When a ruthless Bratva pakhan saves a schoolteacher from a brutal attack, their instant chemistry binds them in ways neither of them can control. As danger tightens around them and secrets surface, she’s forced to decide whether love is worth the cost of standing beside a man who rules through fear. What unfolds is a volatile romance where possession turns into protection, and power must be redefined if they’re going to build something that survives the darkness.
And I witnessed something I was never meant to see.
A scream.
A gunshot.
A man with blood on his hands who doesn’t pretend to be a hero.
Samuil Volkov runs the Bratva with violence and precision.
Men fear him. Enemies disappear.
When he pulls me out of that alley, I become a liability.
I saw too much.
And the men he crossed want me gone.
One night changes everything.
One reckless mistake binds us together.
Now I’m carrying his child.
His enemies are closing in.
The man who swore he’d never have a family is ready to start a war.
Because the Devil didn’t just save my life.
He claimed it.

Samuil is a Bratva Pakhan whose name is spoken with reverence and fear. He saves Molly, a teacher, when she witnesses a crime, and they fall into bed together, as you do, and have much bow-chicka-wow-wow. One positive pregnancy test later, Molly’s life changes completely when Samuil moves her into his home. There’s much to like about this story. There’s a really cute little girl who is mute from trauma that Molly works with using art and music therapy in a simple, caring, and effective way. The pacing of the book is good and it never gets hung up or boring. Samuil himself is a gloriously complicated man without being totally impossible, and with a healthy willingness to demonstrate his caring. Molly, however, verges a bit too much on the Mary Sue end of character identity, as she is Practically Perfect In Every Way. But she does have a heart for teaching and for children, and it’s nice to see that it’s not just performative. She does suffer from TSTL syndrome when she is totally clueless about who Samuil is when she gets more deeply involved with him. I mean, who doesn’t Google a prospective partner in this day and age? And everything about him just screams Organized Crime. Molly has been either living in a daydream or under a rock, and definitely has never read any Mafia Romance. The story, however, is entertaining and has an intriguing hero who is definitely not one-note. So I’m giving it four stars. Cat’s Stats Safety? Y Bechdel Test? N Heat- explicit Triggers- graphic violence, kidnapping, threats of SA, menacing. Tropes- Adorable Moppet, Hot for Teacher, Instalove, One Night Stand, It’s Pakhan Not Pa-can’t, Surprise Pregnancy, He Ain’t Heavy- He’s My Bratva.

Well written, developed detailed characters, emotional angst, danger, excitement, sweet moments. Spicy bits could have been a bit more detailed and elaborate as they were a bit bland and vague but I loved the sweetness between them esp the descriptions of the kisses they shared. They were gentle, sweet, yet sensual and full of feeling. Molly is a teacher who’s never felt loved or secure esp growing up in foster care so she knows she has to rely on herself only. One night she sees something she shouldn’t and gets attacked but then Samuil a bratva pakhan rescues her and takes her home to get dry. There is chemistry there and they sleep together not exchanging names although she leaves her number. After a month Molly accepts he’s not calling and goes on with life until she discovers she’s pregnant. But samuil has traced her and is watching. When she’s threatened again he has his men grab her and bring her to his home where he’s obsessed with her safety. They clash and fight but also feel the spark. Events happen, truths are shared, Molly discovers things she didn’t know, hearts break, a child is helped and Molly is controlled and suffocated in this gilded cage to the point she decides she won’t raise her chikd in these circumstances and wants to leave. More events happen, danger lurks and samuil must decide what is most important to him and his future and if he’s willing to make hard decisions before he loses the woman he’s falling first and the unborn baby he never believed was possible fir him before it’s too late.

Love and Family Changed Everything - The first time Samuil and Molly met was in an unusual situation, but the sparks between them led to them enjoying a pleasure-filled encounter, that would link them for life. Even though Molly never expected to see Samuil after their encounter, she soon found herself being forcibly taken to his home, where he informed her of the new changes he would be making in her life. However, Molly wasn’t happy with the changes and her frustrations led to an ongoing battle between her and Samuil.
Nevertheless, Molly finally accepted her new normal and adjusted to living with Samuil, which led to her finally revealing the secret she had been keeping. Samuil was really ecstatic about the life changing news, which sent him into overprotective mode and led to more arguments between them. Unfortunately, not long after Samuil and Molly resolved their conflict, she was kidnapped and this sent him into a spiral. Luckily, Samuil was able to get help and rescued Molly, so they could get back on track towards building the life they both deserved.
This was a brilliant and well-written romance story, that drew me in from the first page and kept me eagerly turning the pages. The emotions portrayed by the characters was written as well, that it evoked a feeling like I was part of the story. If you are looking for a story to read, that has passion, drama, danger, violence, dominance and some heart wrenching moments, then look no further than this book.

When she is threatened, Samuil brings her to his home and wants to keep her safe. He is obsessed with her. Molly sees what it is like to live in Samuil's world and has to decide what she wants to do with her life and her child's life.
I loved how Samuil and Molly had such great chemistry from the beginning. I loved how protective he was with her and her safety. He became obsessive with her. I look forward to more from this very talented author.

Saved by the Devil is a nice and spicy Bratva romance that has it’s MFC Molly in the wrong place at definitely the wrong time which then throws her directly into the path of MMC Samuil Volkov who arrives out of the shadows of the night to save her. Enjoyed their story which was dramatic, well written, and had an instant chemistry building between the two that ends in a passionate night together after he brings Molly home to tend her injuries. She leaves him a note with her number after leaving before he wakes the next morning but Samuil doesn’t call but he does have his men keeping eyes on Molly. A good story that has some surprises, Bratva intrigue, danger, and suspense leading to the ultimate HEA. .

4.5 stars! Molly sees something she shouldn't and is saved from an attack by Samuil. She doesn't know who he is though she feels safe with him. She ends up having a one night stand with him and leaves the next morning before he wakes up. She did leave a note, but when he doesn't call her, she figures that's it until she has a little surprise of her own. The man who tried to attack her is also still after her. Samuel decided not to pursue Molly because he doesn't want any weaknesses though when he learns she is in danger, he takes charge. Good primary and secondary characters, especially Anya. Lots of good twists and turns in this book that keeps you reading to the last page.

This is part of the Sinful Mafia Daddies Collection and is an intriguing dark romance with danger, action, steam and enemies abound. It was unbelievably well-written and captivating.
This centers around Molly and Samuil, where Molly unintentionally witnesses something she shouldn't and ends up rescued by Samuil. Samuil, for reasons unexpected to him, cares about the safety of Molly, so he takes her home, and they share a night together, but Molly leaves before morning. It's only after he discovers Molly is in danger due to what she witnessed that Samuil takes Molly, unwillingly, to his home to protect her. From there, their journey to love and defeating their enemies begins.
I very much enjoyed every second of this book and can't wait to read more. I very highly recommend!!
This is a dark, adrenaline-charged romance that keeps the tension high from beginning to end.
Molly accidentally witnesses something she never should have seen — and suddenly her world is turned upside down. Enter Samuil, the man who steps in to save her. But safety comes at a cost, especially when that protector is deeply entrenched in the Bratva.
The story is electric, intense, and filled with passion, violence, complex emotions, and impossible choices. Molly struggles with trusting a man whose world is built on danger, while Samuil is all in from the start — determined to protect her at any cost, even from his own enemies.

Molly is a school teacher who has been through a lot in her life. She's just trying to be there for her kids and ensure everyone is happy and learning. When she witnesses a murder, her life is about to be turned upside down. Samuil is a dangerous mafia boss. When he sees someone who shouldn't be there, he takes matters into his own hands. Molly has no idea she's being protected, but when she finds out, she has a few words for Samuil. Samuil seems kind of like a pushover, and when Molly says jump, he says how high. This book was interesting because it shows how he treats Molly and how she reacts.
I started to read this book like always not knowing if I will like the story and by a few paragraphs after I was completely invested. I like how everything starts slow but little by little progress into a beautiful love story. Yes its full of dangerous moments and at times I was afraid I wouldn't like what was next but I kept on reading and I really loved it! The relationship between the main characters have ups and downs, there's Alot of passion between them but also fear from mfc towards mmc maybe from his life on the bratva. At the end love wins!! This is an amazing love story!
This book was so good. Fast paced and compelling characters.
Saved from an attack, teacher Molly has a torrid one night stand with Bratva Pakhan Samuil Volkov.
The passion and connection between these two was explosive. Feisty, and full of friction and uncertainty. Molly found it hard to come to terms with Samuil's job and the brutal reputation he has.
I also enjoyed Anya and Davyd and focusing on that side of molly's career.
This was an amazing story and I can't wait for more.

Action packed love story for 2 broken souls. Molly finds herself in danger and saved by a stranger named Samuil. It is a complex story about survival and finding love in a very violent world. Dav’yd and Anya become a very important part of this family dynamic. I throughly enjoyed reading this book about their journey together.

This was another exciting read by this author that has teacher Molly saved from a brutal attack by Bratva Pakhan Samuil. This brings two completely different people into each other's sphere, heats up the chemistry and then throws in an unexpected pregnancy to tie them together for life... I was on the edge of my seat with the gritty action, drama, danger, caring and hot chemistry as they worked their way to a fab HEA. So good and I can't wait for what's next by this author :D
This was a good book. However, it too fast. How they got together and then jumping into bed together the same night. There was absolutely no physical description of the characters. I am a very visual reader and I like to imagine what the characters look like as I'm reading. It fell flat in that aspect. Samuil and Molly had a great connection but I didn't feel the overwhelming love between them. It was just okay.
When Molly, a teacher, sees something she shouldn't have, Samuil, the head of the Bratva, comes to her rescue. Things heat up between them, and they spend one steamy night together. This is an action packed Mafia romance with danger, suspense, intrigue, steam, and a happily ever after. Saved by the Devil is a great addition to the Sinful Mafia Daddies series. Molly is walking to the busstop when she hears something. She can't help herself and goes to find out what it is. Being caught will end up with her seeing things she doesn't want to and being saved by th devil himself. She doesn't k ow who or what he is but one night with her and he knows he wants her. Then the story really begins.
Molly witnessed a horrible crime and almost became collateral damage until Samuil came to her rescue. Samuel is the Bratva Pakhan. He does anything to protect his Bratva. When he saves Molly she immediately becomes his.
This was a great book with wonderful characters.

This is a mafia romance, but I dont know for some reason it was so FUN to read, I couldn't put it down. A lot of mafia romances are so great because they are dark and a little heavy, but this one was just a little more fun. I really enjoyed it ans the happily ever after was perfect, baby ans all.

Wrong place, wrong time, right man! Molly stumbles on Samuil as he is "working" witnessing a hit would normally end in a 'witness' being terminated, but one look at Molly and he falls hard. This Bratva romance is well written with lots of drama and so much well written spice! It was a great read!.
