I am a fan of April Dunford

Even if you have the first version, you should buy the new one.

Book is much clearer, there are good examples of clustering alternatives and value attributes + 10 more useful updates.

I learned how to think of positioning and create it in a way that actually helps the strategy. So why 3 stars? Because I have a problem with business books altogether. I am yet to read one that is well written as a book. All of them I've read so far are full of repetitions, fluff, unnecessary case studies, dry language, and awkward names. I can't help but feel as if I died a bit inside every time I read one, and that the concept - however innovative it is - if written up honestly, could be a couple-pages brochure.
