This is a four-part series where many answers are revealed only in the final installment.

Anderson by Dale Mayer Special Operations Sitter (SOS) Series Book One Anderson Travolta and his sister, Talia, had been orphaned as teens. With no family willing to take them in, they went into foster care until Anderson joined the Marines. While overseas, he’s told his sister is in the hospital. Back in San Diego, he’s determined to find out what happened…and to take care of his three nieces, triplets. No way was his family going into foster care. Pamela Walker works for social services and has the triplets. When their uncle comes to town to take charge of them, she brings him the three adorable little girls. She remembers Anderson from high school, but she doesn’t think he remembers her. She’s sure he’ll be over his head trying to take care of the girls, but he gets help…another military buddy. What a sight! Anderson and Burton are toughened military men…they’ll attack this as any mission, or so they think. What a great read! It’s a serious storyline, with bad guys and unknown dangers, but Dale Mayer has written humor into this as well. These tough guys have to feed and change three little girls under a year old. Loved it! I can’t wait for the next one. **Language https://justjudysjumbles.blogspot.com...
Another great start to a new series from Dale Mayer. A group of close military friends made a pact that if any one of them needed help, they would put out an SOS, and anyone available would answer, no one needed to put out an SOS more than Marine, Anderson Travolta. Anderson had been granted leave from the military, Talia, his sister had been badly beaten and was unconscious in hospital, fighting for her life, her husband, Tim, was nowhere to be found. Anderson would do anything for his sister including caring for her ten month old triplets, he knew nothing about babies but him and Talia had been in care and there was no way that his nieces were going there. Pamela, the social worker who had delivered the triplets to him had been in the same high school friend group as Anderson and had nursed a secret crush on him. Burton was the first to answer Anderson's SOS, but the help needed was not what he expected, picture the scene, two rugged marines used to hand to hand combat with villains, pitting their wits against three, quick, mobile toddlers whose change of diet had turned them into prolific poop machines. Help was on it's way, bemused social worker Pamela was on hand and even offered to take leave from work to help with Lisa, Lily and Lana (as none of them could differentiate between the identical triplets so they were all called Lisa) so that Anderson, Burton and other members who had answers the SOS and with Levi's essential input, could protect Talia at the hospital, find her useless husband and discover who had beaten Talia, was it Tim ? he was the number one suspect, what had he got himself involved in ? The problem was a lot deeper that anyone expected, powerful, ruthless people were involved and Tim was up to his neck in trouble, his life and the lives of Talia, her babies and anyone helping them, were on the line. This is a great story with suspense, fast action, corruption, humour, and not forgetting a blossoming romance between Pamela and Anderson, I can't wait to see how this story evolves.

Anderson Travolta’s world is upended when his sister, Talia, is brutally attacked and left hospitalized. Taking leave from the military, he steps in to care for her triplets while trying to uncover who targeted her. His search pulls him into a dangerous conflict with a cartel, putting his whole family in jeopardy. With help from his military friends and Pamela — a determined social worker from his high‑school past — Anderson follows a trail of clues that grows more dangerous at every turn. As they work together, an unexpected romance sparks between them. Blending danger, family loyalty, and growing love, this four‑part series builds toward a tense, gripping conclusion.
This story pulled me in right from the start. The danger surrounding Anderson keeps rising as he tries to uncover what really happened to his sister, all while caring for three babies who aren’t even a year old. That constant tension — balancing mystery, fear, and the chaos of triplets — made the stakes feel incredibly real. I loved the dynamic with Pamela, his old school friend and now a dedicated social worker. She steps in to help without hesitation, and the quiet, growing connection between them builds beautifully in the background as they work together to keep the children safe. There are so many emotions woven through this story, and I felt every one of them. I’m completely invested now, and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Intense. This story starts out intense with Anderson rushing home on an emergency leave to get to his sister, Talia. He’s been told she has been viciously attacked, critically injured, and is in the hospital fighting for her life.
It’s heart-clenching to think what Anderson is going through and I sympathize as he realizes his sister’s babies, 10 month old triplet girls, are somewhere unknown to him at the time he arrives home. He’s almost frantic with his lack of information regarding the entire situation.
This story moves right along with both Anderson’s introduction to Babies 101 and his instant realization that he needs help fast. He needs to find out what happened to Talia, where is the baby’s father, Tim, along with the other many thoughts running through his head.
Pamela is a godsend to Anderson with her knowledge and help with the babies while he digs in to find out what is going on. Love how this story focuses on the huge responsibility triplet babies are and how they need constant supervision. The humor mixed in with the seriousness of the situation makes the story so fun to read.
I love how Anderson sent out his SOS to his teammates and they answered the call without question and more importantly, without knowing the real reason he needs help. True loyalty and brotherhood! Love this!
I found the audiobook through my library app. It was narrated by the same person who narrated books in the Man Down Series and the voice I associate with the character Terk. I actually thought Terk was pretending to be this guy Anderson when I first started listening.
I found this book to be very similar to several other series this Author has written, only substitute triplet babies for the themes in other series. Anderson and his team member Burton are trying to figure out out to care for 3 babies and social worker Pamela comes in to save the day. Also, another former teammate Leland shows up
There is a continuing mystery, but as usual, part of it is solved in this book. Burton's Book is next, so I'm sure it will pick up some of he unresolved parts. The drug cartel and who specifically attacked Talia is still a mystery.
If you enjoyed the Man Down series, Shadow Recon, and Terk's Guardian series, this is a more lighthearted version without the energy work so far. I did like that the, author warns it is an ongoing series.
Hooked! Devoured from the very first page, this is a brother you need in your corner. Plus the team brothers who have your six. Fast paced with plenty of action, especially the triplets, I can't even imagine doing that on your own. Babies are a full time job even if it's only one of them. This is twisty and has a long way to go as it covers the series, it's not just one book but developments through each new part. Worth investing? Absolutely! The anticipation will build while waiting for the next one and I'm definitely waiting. I'm empathetic to the characters and have my fingers crossed for Talia. Honestly if you've read Dale Mayer before you know how she weaves such intriguing plots and the depth her characters have. I have read pretty much every book written and still come back for more, not a single one have I not enjoyed. Please don't make me wait long for the next one. Anxious and impatient
I absolutely loved reading Anderson . This is an outstanding start to a new series . Anderson finds himself taking emergency leave when his sister is attacked and left for dead . He finds himself the sole support for her infant triplets . Sending an SOS to some of his military friends because he has no clue how to take care of one baby much less three he receives help from his buddy Burton . Pamela is the caseworker assigned to the Triplets she finds herself pulled in to assist . Soon working alongside each other Anderson and Pamela develop feelings . As Anderson works to find out what exactly is going on and who attacked his sister things get more intense and dangerous hopefully with the help from his friends and Levi and his people they can get the answers they seek . This story is sensational . I highly recommend taking the time to read .

Anderson would do anything for his sister so when he finds out that she has been attacked, her husband is missing and she is unable to care for his nieces he doesn’t hesitate to put his life on hold and return home. He finds himself out of his depth when it comes to his nieces especially with the mystery yet to be solved surrounding what has happened to their parents.
Pamela is a social worker who is tasked with handing the girls over to Anderson, who she knew when she was a teenager. Her responsibilities should have ended there but she soon sees that Anderson and the girls need help and that is where and with you she wants to be.
Mystery, surprises and romance all add up to an entertaining beginning to a new series. I really enjoyed the camaraderie that Anderson shares with his teammates as well as the relationship between Anderson and Pamela and I am looking forward to getting the answers to the questions that remain unsolved.
Anderson is overseas when he gets a message his sister has been attacked and is in critical condition. Taking leave and heading home he doesn't know what he'll find. Where's her husband and what about her triplets? He meets up with the social worker in charge who helps him navigate the triplets and they start to grow close as Anderson tries to help with the kids and find out who hurt his sister. When it gets to be too much for him alone, he sends out an SOS to see who will respond from the team. I laughed so hard at the poop explosion scene with two grown men. This book has lots of twists, danger, and questions that will slowly be answered in the next 3 books I can't wait to see what happens next.
New Series! Intrigue, Suspense, Laughter, Budding Romance mini story in ongoing plot. You're in the service and get word your sister has been brutally assaulted and in the hospital. That is the prologue. Gripping for sure. There is a lot of humor as Anderson trys to deal with triplets. He sends out an S.O.S. to his friends. Pamela, social worker, has tenacity, warmth and the magic touch with the triplets. Each book will have its own HEA but the main thread carries throughout the series. I received an advanced copy and freely share my honest thoughts an opinion. I am looking forward to reading this series as it progresses. Exciting! #Anderson #SpecialOperationSitter #SOS #DaleMayer #ValleyPublishing #Booksprout
A new series, with plenty of mystery and intrigue. Anderson, Burton, and Leland are all military men of integrity. Pamela is a social services worker, and she's brave, with fierce mama bear tendencies. Together they are caring for Anderson's nieces, after their mom was hospitalized due to a severe beating. Anderson will do what it takes to protect his sister, and her babies. Everyone is falling in love with the Lisa triplets. There is danger, but humour as well, thanks to the witty way the men try to distinguish which baby is which. I loved this novel, and can't wait to read the next novel.

When he finds out his sister is in hospital, he returns home. Learning she keep things from him while he was oversea. After seeing to her, he looks for her 3 babies which puts him on several pathway. Instant parenthood. A visit from his past. But first SOS with no details till they show up. A team brother comes running and is soon knee deep in all things baby. Revisiting the past and realises they have missing years to work though. New mission to find his brother in law, keep his sister and 3 niece safe see more of his team and friends from past come running. A very well paced story that keeps you wanting more.
SOS -- It has an all new meaning for a marine called in when his sister is in the hospital and her 10 month old triplets need care. This is book 1 of a four book set. Anderson sets up for the girls and has help from Pamela. This story will raise the Mama Bear in any of us as they navigate to care for the girls and keep everyone safe. More teammates will filter in to assist and protect. Prepare page turning action, moment of humor and moments of serious. Bravo!.

I loved this story. Anderson takes a leave to take care of his sister’s toddler triplets when she is in the hospital and her husband can’t be found. Pamela is the social worker working with the triplets and knew Anderson and his sister in high school. Lots of emotion and humor in this story. The main mystery won’t be solved until the final book in the series but if they are all like this one I am going to enjoy the journey.

Anderson definitely meets his match in regards to unknown territory when he heads home to his sister and her triplets and finding out what has happened. There are some great laughs when trying to wrangle the girls along with the attraction being felt with a few of the characters, but I feel terrible for Talia for what she went through. It's great getting some answers, but there are more questions that needs answer so look forward to the next book.

This is the first book in a new series and we are off to an intense start. There is a cliffhanger as it's a continuous story.
Anderson rushes to help solve the mystery as to what happened to his sister, Talia, as she's in the hospital beaten up and unconscious, leaving her triplets without care. Anderson with the help of his friends and a caring social worker, who turns out to be an old friend manages the Lisa's as well as putting the story together. Well written, fast-paced with wonderful characters.
This book sets this new series off just right and all I've got to say is: Count me in! There is going to be an overarching story playing out over the series, so be prepared for the wait between books. Anderson is a great character, and his story got my attention quickly and totally. I also really liked Pamela and I thought that there was an undeniable chemistry between the two. Mystery, humor, emotion, action, heart, romance and twists fuel this heartfelt and gripping book.
Somehow looking at the cover, this was not the book I expected. However, while reading the story, it made perfect sense. This delightful tale was difficult to put down with it's endearing characters, the playful banter, romance and intrigue. I will reread this book and I'm really looking forward to the next book in this new series!.

Anderson finds himself in the middle of a nightmare, his sister hospitalised and his triplet nieces needing care, he drags Barton and Pamela in to help him as they struggle to keep his nieces safe and investigate Talia's attack. This is a slightly crazy story with some very interesting twists and just enough pieces to the puzzle to keep you intrigued but guessing. I look forward to Barton's book and the next steps in the investigation.
5 stars for Anderson Special Operation Sitter by Dale Mayer
For a first book in a new series this was an amazing read. A lot of twists and turns. The interactions of Burton and Anderson with the triplets was both sweet and hilarious. Love that we see Levi in this book. Love that Pamela and Anderson get a second chance. Can't wait for the next installment.
I enjoyed reading this book. The storyline was well developed and interesting. The twist and turns had me from page to page. The characters are captivating and complex with plenty of spark. There is mystery and suspense unlimited in every chapter. A great story.

SOS Anderson Special Operation Sitter by Dale Mayer is an absolute delight to read. I read in one sitting I absolutely didn’t want to put down. This is a great start to this exciting new series with tie in with previous characters from other series.
I absolutely loved reading this book. It has laugh out loud moments along with a dark undertone. I'm looking forward to reading more in this series. Anderson is a fantastic brother and his team are so supportive. This is definitely a book to add to your TBR 🥰.
This is book one of a four part series and I can't wait for book #2 already. I could see by the cover that this would be comical on top of danger. Anderson is away with the military when he gets word that his sister is in hospital. Granted leave he is now uncle to triplets, 3 toddler girls. You know that's going to be fun, he's never changed a baby let alone knew how to look after them. He pulls in contacts, from helping with the babies to investigating the assault. Pamela is the social worker trying to help him and also someone from his school years. There's a lot of danger going on as this is the action of serious and powerful criminals, the whys have to be worked out yet. The next story will bring to light more then finally resolved in book 4...I can't wait.
