Flare Up, by author Lily J Hann, was written with flair and mystery. It grabbed my heart, just in the same way an artistic painting on canvas might. Throughout the story there were schemes, horrors, and fears ever-present within this scrabbled and truly devoted make-shift family. Tylan and Madyson were once best friends and their was an unspoken hope of more between them.
Throughout time, terror and loss had entered Madyson's life as she watched her family's life-style darken even the cleanest portion of the world she clung to. Her pain was debilitating and vast, just so that it clung differently. Their disconnected past pains and scars now deeply embedded themselves into Tylan's heart. Fear after fear just proved that through it all, to Tylan and his muse, their feelings of love could stand a lifetime. When the battle came down to the mythical closed path, Tylan wanted to close the net. I received Hann's story, "Flare Up" from the Publisher and rated it 5 out of 5 stars! I began with a heart waiting to be open to the scenery and the people, yet, I left with a heart filled with love and hope!!

I enjoyed Tylan and Madyson's story as it has friends to more, suspense, danger, family secrets, faith, and action. The storyline drew me in from the beginning, the characters were well-developed, and the story has twists and turns and surprises. Sari is an adorable, cute kid. This well-crafted suspense story will grab your attention from the start.
