I found this book to be very enjoyable. There weren’t any scary elements. Only one murder and then the looking into the situation with the taking over of others’ property. The characters were an eclectic mix. There was a murder mystery and then another mystery beneath the surface that the main character discovers and starts documenting her findings. The books build on each other. Facts provided in the previous books are changed and amended in the following books. It is unsettling as the circumstances of a murder are different when it’s discussed in the following books. I also noticed that a couple of the characters names get changed when the primary character is discussing what happened in the previous books. The employees at her shop change.

An excellent read. I enjoy seeing more characters adding to the solving of the puzzle and being credited for their contributions.
