This series continues to get better and better. The continuous character development has me so emotionally attached. These books are wholesome, easy reads and a wonderful escape from every day life. I really appreciated the storyline being on Anna and Bea this time- I have to say I wasn't a fan of theirs from earlier books, but found a new love for them now.
The Beach Shack with the specialty being grilled cheese sandwiches, tell the story of lives lived, changed and re-made into something new. There are special stories and tidbits written within the pages of this book that makes you think of poetry. The stumbling block of more debt than earnings, brings Michael into the fold and ideas are formed. The writing is excellent as responsibilities are changed, new hours are established and new ideas are tried to make all things possible. A wedding was re-routed to the deck of the Beach Shack and a whole new plan was established. I love the characters in the storyline and the solutions that are discussed. Who knew strings of twinkle lights, white chairs and music could bring new ideas. Thanks for a great book, Ms. Nichols.
