Another great book in this light mystery series. Wonderful humor and fun characters you'll want to hang out with. They're so relatable--for example, when the main character surfs the web for a few minutes only to discover three hours have passed by the time she's finished. Plus, this book has an extra treat in that there is a cross-over of characters from Cochere's other series: the Susan Hunter books. Fun to see these two main characters interact with each other.

These is my go-to series when I need something light, funny, and quick. I finished it in a couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Another great book by Maddie Cochere. I like to read them when I'm bored with other books. Great humor, mystery, suspense, and relationships. The characters are always interesting. Her mama is a hoot. I really liked Keith in this book, funny kid with a great sense of humor. I'm excited to read the next one. I liked that she has an office now and Keith will get her some clients. lol

This one combines the characters from her other series "Susan Hunter Mysteries",.
PI, Jo has a few new cases to solve, a cheating husband, a stolen car, a murder, and a missing person.

As I read my way through this series, the stories and plots are getting better.

I didn't care for this edition to the series as much as the first two. There were just way too many things going on at one time...arsons, car thefts, murder, drugs, cheating spouses and not really a good ending. I didn't mind the cross over with her other series characters but I have only read the first one of that series so far which made a few things a bit behind for me but otherwise it was a good cross over. I will continue to read this series but I hope the next one is just a little less hectic.

Cozy Mystery Series

I love the cozy mystery type books. This one is true to form. The characters are well thought and you learn a little bit more about each of the main characters in every book. Keeps you involved in the story and you want to keep reading.
