Rachel grew up in a small, quiet town full of loud talkers. Her words were always only loud on paper. She has been writing stories and creating characters for as long as she can remember. After living on the west coast for many years she now resides in Colorado with her husband, two children, her hairless cat, and her dog, Polly.
This follows Magnolia, who divorced after her cheating ex-husband was caught by their daughter Kendall. Kendall resents her father and the pain he caused her mother. Magnolia ends up going on a date with a Bronze Bay Navy SEAL organised through a dating app. Aidan has quite the reputation around town as a playboy. But what happens when he wants to help her and she begins to heal him in return?
Starting off, I was completely gripped from the prologue. The way it ended had my jaw on the floor I needed to understand what led to that moment and the chain of events that followed. It definitely kept me hooked and wanting to pick the book up whenever I could.
I loved watching Aidan and Magnolia fall in love. Their chemistry was fantastic, and the playful, flirty tension between them was so well done. Magnolia is a wonderful mother with a kind heart who just wants to find love again. Aidan, despite his reputation, clearly wants Magnolia and begins changing his ways quite early on. There’s something about her that draws him in and makes him want something deeper and more meaningful. Some of his actions and those spicy moments had me melting.
I also really felt for Kendall. What she witnessed will always leave a mark, and you can see how it impacts her emotions. That element added an extra layer of depth to the story.
The only thing I’m unsure about is the shocking kiss. I didn’t quite know how to feel about it. It left me a bit uncomfortable, and I think it could have been handled differently. It felt like there may have been other ways to achieve the same outcome without that moment.
Overall, this was an enjoyable read, and I’m definitely interested in picking up more of Rachel’s work in the future.

Rachel Robinson has done it AGAIN!!!! We are back in Bronze Bay with another amazing book, Stealing It, which is book 3 in the Bronze Bay SEALs series. This had me hooked from page one until the very last page, I could not put it down! The book opens with a jaw dropping moment that you are hit with within the first 3 pages and then the story goes from there, page after page with unexpected moments. Enter Aidan Mixx, our tall, handsome, Navy SEAL who is a little bit of a player in this small town, is matched on a dating app with Magnolia Sager. Magnolia is a single mom who moved to Florida with her teenage daughter Kendall after her daughter caught her husband cheating on her with a much younger woman. Magnolia is such a fierce and strong heroine, she has some sass to her with a little bit of humor under her armor. She always puts her daughter first no matter what, even when she is conflicted between what her heart is telling her and what her gut is telling her. Aidan, who has scars himself, realizes after meeting Magnolia that she’s forever material for him. She is the end game. Magnolia and Aiden’s relationship was very sweet, for being a player he was such an amazing guy with the sweetest words and advice he always had for Magnolia. He fell first and he fell hard for her and she was it for him, there would be no other woman. They both filled in pieces of each other the other was missing.
There were some unexpected moments throughout the book including a really big one. It’s definitely a bumpy ride for Magnolia and Aiden as they fight for their happily ever after. This book will have you on the edge of your seat swooning, laughing and crying. I saw so much of me in Magnolia, I have two girls and this book and this character really spoke to me. The way Magnolia always made sure that Kendall was happy and safe, at the end of the day she always. She always had her daughter’s best interest at heart. This book was a beautiful and heartwarming story about second chances and forgiveness. Stealing It is due to release on Tuesday, March 3rd and it should be at the top of your TBR lis! I promise you it will not disappoint. Thank you to author Rachel Robinson and Hambright PR for the opportunity to read this eARC. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
*I was provided and eARC of this book by the author and their promotional team
It was bittersweet heading back to Bronze Bay one last time, but watching Aiden Mixx fall hard for the single mom was all worth it!
This book surely started of with a burst of drama and Rachel had me HOOKED! I could not put the book down, needing so bad to learn what all happened to get us to that point! We've come to know Aiden in the previous books as the playboy SEAL who works hard and plays harder. He watched his 2 brothers in arms find their true loves and settle down, but he knew his past may never allow him the same happiness they found. Until he meets Magnolia Sager, a single mom to a teenage girl who fled to the coastal FL town to get away from her unfaithful ex-husband. For years Magnolia was the dutiful wife and mom, but being in Bronze Bay is allowing her to re-discover the woman she once was. Then, in comes Aiden Mixx, who shows her how to actually live again. These two fall fast and hard in a whirlwind romance, but raising a teenage comes with its own set of challenges. In the end, being a mother comes first, and despite the love Aiden & Magnolia have for each other, believing her daughter might be their downfall...
For the playboy we knew him to be, Aiden Mixx was quick to ditch the title and his past behaviors when he met the right woman! He was sooo sweet, swoony, and ohhh soo charming! I adored his genuine interest and understanding of Magnolia in regard to her past relationship and parental status even though it differed so much from his personal life. They were a true "opposites attract" couple that complimented each other so well, which only made me root for them that much harder!
The DRAMA in this story was so juicy and frustrating at times as a reader, but really kept me engaged in the story and on the edge of my seat until the very last page. Overall, this is such as great addition to a wonderful military romance series! This was a quick, entertaining, and heart-felt read.
Buckle up, romance readers — Stealing It is the chaotic, swoony, slow-burn we didn’t know we needed.
Meet Magnolia: newly divorced, freshly relocated, and doing her absolute best after her teenage daughter Kendall witnessed her dad’s cheating firsthand. Is jumping back onto the dating apps the most cautious move? Probably not. Is it the decision that sets off a gloriously messy chain of events? Absolutely.
Enter Aiden — Navy SEAL, certified playboy, and a man whose personal rulebook includes exactly zero sleepovers and zero callbacks. He takes one look at Magnolia and thinks she’ll be an easy conquest.
After Aiden gets caught off guard by a scorned ex and blurts out that Magnolia is his girlfriend, she doesn’t storm off like a sensible person. Instead, she negotiates. They’ll date, she’ll sharpen her rusty dating skills, he will get the benefit of changing his reputation and then they’ll part ways like two mature adults. The steam is real, the banter is chef’s kiss, and the mother-daughter moments between Magnolia and Kendall will have you clutching your chest in the best possible way. Aiden’s slow unraveling as he realizes Magnolia is unlike anyone he’s ever met is deeply satisfying to watch — like seeing a golden retriever finally meet his match. And just when things are going a little too smoothly, small-town gossip swoops in to remind everyone that a reputation is a tricky thing to outrun.
Stealing It hits all the right notes — alpha energy, a hero complex worth every eye roll, and a leading lady who absolutely deserves her happily ever after. Fair warning: you will not be putting this one down.
Thank you so much to hambrightpr & the author for the advanced copy of this amazing book!
I wasnt sure what to expect when I started this one because I havent read any military romance before vut this one may have started something and now I want to read them all!
Aiden was the MMC that you wanna hate but he just says all the right things.
Magnolia is a wonderful FMC that I loved from the very beginning.
This book had me laughing, crying and giving Aiden the side eye sometimes but I thoroughly enjoyed it and cannot wait to read more by this author.
This swoon worthy book about a single mom to a teenager girl and a reformed bad boy who is a Navy Seal. I didn’t want to put this book down. Second chances, forgiveness and protectiveness will keep you on your toes from the beginning. Whether I wanted to laugh, cry or swoon.. Real life situations that readers can relate to. You dont want to miss this one
We got to meet Aidan in previous books. So far I had to give this one a 4 star although good he wasn’t my favorite guy. He seemed a little full of himself. I do like Magnolia she is strong and puts family first. I enjoyed how there relationship developed. I also dislike her daughter and her friend two characters I could have done without. However I get why they play such an important part in getting Aidan a second chance and for Magnolia to see not everyone is trustworthy.
Every book in this series has smashed it and have all been a worthy 5 ⭐️
Aidan is another commitment prone SEAL in Bronze Bay who will not fall in love or give up his ONS reputation, that is until he meets Magnolia 🤭
Newly divorced, single mother Magnolia is out of her depth when trying to figure out dating after her past and who better to show her than a playboy who might not fall first but damn does he fall harder ❤️
The first chapter will hook you instantly (just like books 1 and 2) and yes, it will give away the premise of the book but you get so invested and I thoroughly enjoyed reading how this couple become so utterly obsessed with each other.
And just like books 1 and 2, my heart sank and literally couldn’t breathe for the last few chapters 😅
I dare say Aidan might be my favourite out of the Bronze Bay SEALs as he is so flirty, honourable and his mouth 🥵 his backstory really adds up to how he approaches his relationships and so pleased he found someone like Magnolia and her daughter.
I won’t forget about this series ♾️ highly, HIGHLY recommend this. Please add them to your TBR!
Magnolia is a newly divorced woman raising her daughter on her own after her husband left her for a 19 year old. She uses this App to try to find a one night stand and get back into dating. So she meets with Aiden a known playboy and after their night together he can’t get her out of his head. It’s a good read offering a little spice with some love 😁
