Lost and Found❤️‍🩹

I honestly think this is the best title to describe these characters and what they’ve been through, separately and then together. Bailey has made a name for herself investigating cold cases and doing podcasts. When the case she’s working on suddenly comes with threats to stop asking questions along with a break in, she does what one does best - tracks down an old colleague, Wes at Titan and hires him indirectly to help her☺️

When Vivian calls Wes in for an assignment, he wants nothing to do with Bailey, her family or the case she’s investigating…that is until he sees her again and she explains what the case is that’s holding her attention😢 Loved Wes’s interactions with Matt…made my heart swell and had me laughing so hard as I could totally see something like that happening🥰

A definite must read and probably my favourite book of the series so far🙌 I received an advanced copy and voluntarily leave my honest review😍

Bailey is a true crime podcaster who investigates cold cases. Her current cold case is especially heartbreaking as it’s her younger sister, Caitie’s murder from 18 ish years ago when they were in college.

Bailey is both an independent, capable and determined investigator and a single mom raising her 5 year old son Matt after her husband was killed (before she told she was pregnant). The story starts when Bailey is realizing her sister’s murderer is stalking her and trying to silence her investigation. She hires Titan Protection and Wes Wilder specifically for personal protection and to help her with her sister’s cold case.

I enjoyed the immediate tension between Bailey and Wes. They previously were colleagues and each of them suffered losses shortly after their last investigation. Wes is extremely displeased with his assignment and he’s not shy about letting Bailey know.

Tension, a cold case investigation, a sweet little boy, a strong mutual attraction both of them are hesitant to acknowledge let alone give into and this book had so much to get me hooked and keep me glued to the last word.

The cold case investigation is interesting and what brings Bailey and Wes into each other’s lives, but this storyline isn’t a true thriller. The investigation and close proximity drives the development of their relationship while they work on digging into the case.

I’ve been a fan of Cristin Harber for years and enjoyed her writing. I’m definitely interested in her future releases and have a few of her previous books to still read.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

In this latest addition to the series, this author delivers another winner.
This one belongs to former FBI agent, now Titan Protector, Wes Wilder and true crime podcaster Bailey Cosgrove. She’s a widowed single mom, who at the moment is investigating her sister’s murder.
Years ago Bailey’s in-laws got Wes fired from the job he loved with the FBI and he feels she’s persona non-grata.
All that changes when someone invades her home and leaves a threatening message. Bailey contacts Titan Protectors and specifically requests for Wes to be the one protecting her and her son , Matt.
What started out as a job for a woman he once resented, changes as they work together and he gets to truly know her and her child. Feelings develop but first, a murder must be solved while keeping everyone alive.
Especially when the threats intensify.
Who is the murderer? Could it be someone close to home? Is there a pattern ? Are other women murdered in a similar way?
With an engaging plot and well developed and likable characters, this one is another winner in the series.
Can’t wait to see what else in in store in the next story.
I was entrusted a copy of this book by Buoni Amici Press.

Omg this book!!!
I could not get enough of it.
It was a no brainer top read almost instantly and definitely a new favourite from this talented author (I'm so glad she's back!!)
Talk about keeping us on our toes and then blowing us away!
Yes I guessed a minor part early on, but the magnitude of the depravity?! Gobsmacked.
It was very cleverly done and 1000% recommend.
Yes I'm keeping my review vague for reasons...
I cannot wait to see what comes next even if this book will be hard to top.

Lost and Found is book 3 in the Titan Protectors series and follows team member Wes as he is forced to work with Bailey, who cost him everything years ago.

Wes Wilder grew up in a dysfunctional family. His father was never a role model for him, except for what not to do. He was young when his sister was murdered and his family never recovered from that. He used to work for the FBI and specialized in cold cases. He is able to see things others miss in the evidence.

Bailey grew up in a loving home with her parents and sister. When her sister is mysteriously murdered during her sophomore years in college, Bailey wants answers. But the case becomes cold. There are no leads. Because of this, Bailey becomes a cold case podcaster. Murder cases specifically. She knows how to ask the right questions and make people feel comfortable talking to her. Once she has more evidence, she turns it over t the authorities.

Bailey is now investigating her sister's murder. But someone wants her to leave well enough alone. When she returns home one night, she finds a message that sends her scrambling. She is a single mom to her son, Matt. Her husband was killed six years ago in a hit and run. Her in laws are controlling and stodgy, but she turns to them in her time of need. Instead of getting the support she needs, they threaten her unless she takes this thread seriously and hire security.

Sp Bailey hires Titan, and Wes Wilder specifically. He is not happy to be returning to the past. Years ago, they worked together on another cold case murder. It ended up costing Wes his career with the FBI and his fiancee. He resents the Cosgroves for what they did to him during that time.

When Wes shows up to Bailey's office, he has a chip on his shoulder about the past. But when Bailey starts filling him in on the case and why it is so important to her, he is unable to say no to helping her. They share a tragedy. Both lost their sisters to a murderer.

Wes and Bailey start finding similarities with other cases, but not similar enough. But they keep them on the board just in case. He also contacts Dean, computer whiz galore for the team, and asks him to do some digging. But they are missing something. It is there, they just are unable to see it. What is the hiding missing link?

Meanwhile, Bailey is getting texts from someone to back off the investigation. Pictures of things that only someone close to her should be able to get. Who is this person? Are they the murderer? Or someone trying to cover it up?

As the investigation becomes more dangerous, Bailey and Wes must protect her son, Matt. Enter the Titan team to help.

I will admit I had my suspicions from the beginning of this story. But when we learned the entire story, i was appalled. The depravity. The cover ups. And the "boys will be boys" comment from Kimbra Cosgrove. If I could have reached through my kindle and slapped her silly, I would have. That woman is unbelievable.

I loved seeing Wes fall in love with Bailey and Matt. Matt has never had a father figure since Ryan, his dad, was killed before he was ever born. And to see Matt almost immediately trust Wes was huge. His experience with male role models includes people who do not deserve to set foot in his orbit. Both Bailey and Matt blossomed under Wes and the other guys from Titan's attention. And I am still laughing about the amount of ice cream they ate.

The epilogue is amazing. Getting the reasons behind everything that happened. Bailey is a beautiful writer and this episode of her podcast will be amazing.

I loves seeing the OG Titan Team help in this case. Leave it to Winters to breach and find the targets. Leave it boss man to make an entrance. Oh what an entrance it was. But when Wes came in like an avenging angel, my heart soared for Bailey and Matt. These three are a family and he will do anything for them. They are no longer lost. They have found their matches.

Wes didn't have the best start in life but he overcame every obstacle and became an FBI Agent. His world imploded though when a wealthy family blamed him for a death. Now a bodyguard with Titan Protectors, his next assignment is like a ghost from the past come back to haunt him.

Bailey's world crumbled when her sister died. She made a new family with her husband but his wealthy family influenced everything around them. When Ryan died she did her best to minimise their influence on her son. But it looks like her true crime podcast has opened Pandora's box and she and Matthew are no longer safe. She knows exactly who she needs to keep her safe but he's not exactly her in-laws number one fan!

From reluctant bodyguard and protectee to allies and friends, Wes and Bailey pull together when the danger creeps in. I not only loved the relationship between them but the easy friendship Wes builds with young Matt was so well depicted. He made him feel safe, seen and protected and he was not above acting the fool to put a smile on a little boys face.

I loved the twists and I called a few ploy points early but the final twist had the old jaw agape! Great characters with tremendous chemistry and I'll be back for more!

Oh my word, this book is so good! I just knew I was going to like Wes from the glimpses we got of him in the previous books…so happy to be correct! Wes and Bailey have a, not so great, history and they’re thrown together again for her protection. He could have been a total jerk, and really was at first, but he mans up and becomes the protector that she needs. This book had an ongoing mystery and was incredibly suspenseful. It also had quite a bit of humor and a precious little boy for comic relief and “aw” moments…Matt really is a cutie. Like getting to know the new team and also seeing glimpses of the original Titan Group…my favorites for years…even if it was just Winter this time. The original Titan Group series are some of the best books in the romantic suspense genre. They’re definitely a hard group to go up against, but I think this new group is going to give them a run for their money…it doesn’t hurt throwing the originals in here and there. Great story and lovely characters…can’t wait for the next book!

Bailey & Wes

Bailey’s reputation as a true-crime podcaster puts her front and center of danger with each cold case she takes on to solve. I admire the courage it takes for Bailey to delve into the investigation of her own sister’s murder. The kind of courage that faces the deep feelings of grief and the myriad of other emotions that surface as the investigation digs deep. The kind of courage that knows when it’s time to call for help to keep her young son safe.

I appreciate Wes’ determination to stick by Bailey as the situation starts to have a dangerous feel to it and he relates to her family’s loss.

As emotional as the situation becomes, the two don’t give up digging for information despite Bailey receiving threatening warnings to stop what she is doing and leave well enough alone.

I enjoyed the teamwork involved and the participation of the Titan crew in helping to solve this mystery and the bravery it takes to see it through to the end.

Baily & Wes’ journey covers all the emotions one would expect and creates a special bond that will last forever. Great story! Love this!

Lost and Found brings Wes back into Bailey’s life, kicking and screaming, I might add. I had to smirk at the tantrum Wes threw at the thought of Bailey. Bailey is made of tough stuff, and her strength is awe inspiring.

Their chemistry sizzles, even with the hostility simmering between them. When Wes finally pulls his head out and turns on the charm, it definitely leaves me smiling and Bailey blushing.

Their investigation gets interesting, deep, and absolutely messy when things hit a little too close to home. Along the way, watching the relationship between Wes, Bailey, and adorable Matty develop melts your heart as you begin to see a family taking shape.

I love how Wes doesn’t fight his feelings but lets Bailey take the lead. When the horrible twist brings danger, I enjoyed seeing the team come to the rescue.

This is a journey of discovering the truth, second chances, and found family, brimming with love and suspense.

After the loss of her husband Bailey became a single mother to her son Matt. She chose her career as a cold case podcast for personal reasons and her latest investigation holds a special place in her heart. However, this investigation has also drawn the attention of the wrong person, so she engages Titan to assist.

Wes and Bailey have worked together in the past however it didn’t end well for Wes. After being released by the FBI he has transitioned into private security. The last person that he wants to work with is Bailey however the more time he spends with her and Matt the deeper the feelings become during the dangerous situation they find themselves in.

I enjoyed seeing the relationship between Wes and Bailey unfold as they made peace with the past and the way that he interacted with Matt was heartwarming. The story balances intrigue, humor and heart as Wes, Bailey and Matt find the happiness they all deserve.

Cristin Harber never falls to give her audience a gripping, action packed, romantic and suspenseful story and Lost and Found doesn’t disappoint. Meet Bailey Cosgrove, true crime podcaster trying to solve a crime that hits closest to home, the murder of her sister. Someone doesn’t want her poking around, and is determined to put her and her sons life on the line to keep their secret. Enter Wes Wilder, the man who blames Bailey for the wrongs in his past. She needs him and he loathes her. I really enjoyed the push and pull between the two characters. Their chemistry jumped off the page and I was rooting hard for them to get their acts together lol Harber does a great job of drawing you into her world and keeping you in suspense the whole time. I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait for the next one.

This is the third book in this impressive series, and this is Bailey and Wes’s story.
Bailey is a widowed single mom to her son, and she is a true crime podcaster, while Wes is a former FBI agent, turned bodyguard. Bailey is investigating her sister’s murder, and someone is not happy about it, and when a threat comes to close to home, she needs Wes, who blames her in-laws for destroying his career. Wes will do whatever he must to keep Bailey safe and protected.
This is a well written action-packed story, with found family, friendships, emotions, danger, suspense, intrigue, mystery, secrets, forced proximity, enemies / lovers, romance, revelations, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and unpredictable, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Action packed, suspense and plenty of twists. A few edge of seat scenes and great characters. Easy to get lost in the pages and it has a nice flow so even steady readers will get through this fairly quickly. I have loved all the Titan books right from the original series so it is always nice if some of them crop up from time to time even if only briefly. Cold cases and closure are the name of the game in this, but it gets worrying as they start connecting dots and get closer to the end and the answers they need. Exciting with some romance and a delightful 5 year old.

After years of separation, Wes is tasked to protect the woman responsible for him loosing his job with the FBI, When he starts to learn more about the young widowed single mother, together the pair work to solve a murder.

Oh love this series. Cristin Harbor is new to me and boy I've been missing out. This is the 3rd book of gets I've read in this series and really enjoying each book. But this one resonated with me.

This was about single mum Bailey investigating her sister's murder but someone thinks she is getting took close to the truth. When she needs protection and help she turns to Wes Wilder and his team.

Wes is the typical protection specialist but he steps up and puts his life on the line repeatedly. But as danger comes, feelings rise.

I really liked the dynamic between Bailey and Wes. Her son is her focus but Wes likes him too.

Danger, suspense and so much drama all wrapped in a fantastic romance.

Can't rave enough and that's saying something. Loved it!!

Lost and Found is another great addition to the Titan series! The plot is well written with all the ins and outs and ups and downs of the story. While this is a very sexy romance there is plenty of mystery going on to keep you turning the page to see what happens next. I enjoyed going on the HEA journey for this couple. Their chemistry and humorous banter made them very likable. I always enjoy when previous characters are woven into the story and we get a glimpse of what is going on in their lives as well. I’ve been a long time reader of this author and she is definitely an automatic go to for me. I highly recommend this story if you enjoy security heroes, sexy moments, humorous bater and happy ever after.

I love anything about cold cases so this story grabbed my attention straightaway.

Bailey is a podcaster that spends her time trying to solve cases that haven’t been solved. She tries to get closure for the families that have been left wondering what happened to their loved ones. But the most recent case is more personal and someone doesn’t want her to solve it. Which puts her in world of danger.

Wes hasn’t had very good dealings with Cosgrove family in the past. But he used to like Bailey. Can he keep her safe and help her solve the case?

This story was full of mystery, danger and suspense. It kept me thinking and guessing throughout. It was another great addition to this series.

Bailey Cosgrove is a true crime podcaster as well as a widowed single mom, when her newest case puts her and her son in danger. When Bailey is threatened, she knows she needs to be careful in who she chooses to help her not only stay safe but investigate her current case. Bailey Cosgrove is a widower, a mom of a five year old boy, Matt, and a true crime podcaster. Her sister was murdered when they were in college and they never found the killer. Bailey marries her sister’s boyfriend and he gets killed in a car accident. She is looking into her sister’s murder and someone leaves a message on her mirror. She hires Titan to be her bodyguard. Wes Wilder is a former FBI agent but now works for Titan. He knew Bailey years ago and blames her and her in laws for getting him fired from FBI and his fiancée leaving him. His boss appoints him to be Bailey’s bodyguard but he is not happy about it. But as they dig deeper into her sister’s murder, someone wants her to leave it alone. Wes doesn’t believe in happily ever after but he wants it with Bailey and Matt. When Matt is taken, Wes will get him back no matter what.

Great story. Second chances. Steamy. Bailey is courageous and stubborn. Wes is also stubborn and wants nothing to do with relationships. My reason for giving 4 stars was because I thought the big “fight” scene was too quick. It doesn’t tell what happens to the in-laws. It still kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn’t put it down. I voluntarily read and reviewed this for the author.
