Calatorie in Viitor (Biblioteca Viselor Pierdute)

Hei, tu!

P.S. Dalia are un nou partener.

Absolutely loved this one, I read this with my daughter and she couldn't just stop after a few chapters. We read the whole book in no time. The story was fantastic and I highly recommend this series. It is beautiful on the outside. Beautiful pages on the inside. The story itself is beautiful. The lesson it teaches and how you can feel the story come alive

This is the third book in "The Library of Lost Dreams" series, and it delivers a powerful conclusion. Dahlia has fully matured and has just stepped into her role as a Keeper of the Library. When Astra is taken, Dahlia must bring her ten-year-old self into the future to confront a dark monster that has never been recorded in the archives. This is their most formidable challenge yet. The chapters are succinct, accessible, and clear, making it essential to read the books in order. The illustrations are stunningly beautiful! This final volume stands out as the best in the series. The stakes are incredibly high as Dahlia faces a shadowy creature that is actively devouring magic in a captivating futuristic world.

The brilliant twist of introducing the "younger, messier" version of Dahlia sets this book apart. The dynamic between the structured Keeper of Stories and her chaotically creative younger self is not only engaging but also enriches the adventure.

The author skillfully employs the time-travel element to delve into a profound internal conflict: combating fear and self-doubt. The revelation that "the greatest monster of all was born from a fear they both share" serves as a powerful emotional payoff.

Filled with mechanical owls, scrap-metal monsters, and a gripping mystery, this conclusion is nothing short of phenomenal. I strongly recommend this series to anyone seeking thrilling fantasy that conveys an important message about embracing your whole self. It is the perfect conclusion to an outstanding trilogy.

The most impactful moment for my great-granddaughter and me was when she proclaimed that even little kids can significantly support adults and that adults sometimes feel fear just like children. There is nothing more powerful than a child recognizing their own worth and inherent power.

Since we've embarked on timeless journeys, let's go into the future.
Dahlia is now taking us towards dreams, ideals, plans or responsibilities that she is ready to realize.
We can be inspired by her courage and thus we can do like her, to do what we like, to follow our dreams and ideals, without fear and with enthusiasm and courage. Like any human being, she has friends, mentors, idols, but also an extraordinary family.
Unfortunately, obstacles, rivals, enemies and malice exist here, as everywhere.
But Dahlia sets out to fight in life with courage, knows her qualities and is not afraid of problems or responsibilities.
So let's go alongside her and contribute as we can to her story, but also to our story at the same time.
Congratulations Dahlia, you are amazing, 5 big golden stars.
We look forward to your next adventures.

I see that I am clearly in the minority in my opinion, but here it is. If I could have given this book zero stars I would have. It, and the two books that come before it in the series, are possibly the worst written books I have ever read. They insult the intelligence of readers of any age, and lack any character/plot development at all. The language of the characters, particularly the baby talking owl, made me cringe. I cannot imagine any 10+ year old kid reading it and not noticing how childish it is. The 12 year old I handed it to read one page and said “No. Just no.” The only thing I found even slightly redeeming is that the overall plot/story has promise. Other than that I cannot imagine anyone enjoying this book or any of the others.

The Library of Lost Dreams By A. Goanta is a captivating and engaging read which keeps the readers hooked till the end. The story revolves around Dahlia's epic adventure, To a past she never knew existed. Book One is about the secret of a magical library. This book two is about a surprising accident with a powerful dream machine throws her hundreds of years into the past. Noe, there is an Achromos, the memory thief, a sinister entity who steals precious memories and drains the energy of the library.

Such an enchanting and charming sequel with magic keeps us glued to the page. The story is intriguing with a fast-paced plot. The author's flawless narrative makes everything vivid. The illustrations make it more interesting and fun to read. Such a great read for young readers. This book shows us the power of courage and friendship. Overall, I loved this book and would strongly recommend it to all.

Dahlia has grown since the beginning of the series. As Astra is getting older, it’s time to pass on the title of “ Keeper” to Dahlia.

When Astra suddenly disappears, Dahlia and Sol, her furry companion, realize something dangerous is luring in the shadows. Something that absorbs power… Something that shouldn’t be awake …

This is another gripping adventure for Dahlia and Sol, they will have to do whatever it takes to protect the world from this danger.

Lovely graphics and a great story combined! A must read for parents together with their adventurous kids! ☺️.

This final volume is an absolute triumph and easily the best of the series! The stakes are incredibly high with Dahlia facing a shadowy creature that is literally devouring magic itself across a fascinating futuristic world.
The genius twist of bringing in the 'younger, messier' version of Dahlia is what truly sets this book apart. The dynamic between the rule-bound Keeper of Stories and her chaotically creative past self is captivating and adds so much depth and fun to the adventure.
The author masterfully uses the time-travel element to explore a powerful internal conflict: fighting fear and self-doubt. The realization that 'the greatest monster of all was born from a fear they both share' is a brilliant emotional payoff.
Filled with mechanical owls, scrap-metal monsters, and a truly gripping mystery, this is a phenomenal conclusion. Highly recommend this series to anyone looking for thrilling fantasy with an important message about embracing your whole self. A perfect end to a perfect trilogy.

love the perspective of these books. We lose so much of our young selves as we grow older but have so much to learn from them. This was by far the creepiest and scariest of the four. I think the age range is appropriate. The challenge will be getting to read the whole thing out loud without my granddaughter skipping ahead on her own. I received this ARC from Booksirens and am happy to leave this review.

Visions of Tomorrow is the strongest entry in The Library of Lost Dreams series so far. As Dahlia steps fully into her role as Keeper of Stories, the challenges become more meaningful, allowing her character to grow while remaining compassionate and relatable. The magical world continues to expand with imaginative creatures, creative inventions, and beautiful illustrations that bring each chapter to life. Beyond the fantasy, the story explores themes of courage, responsibility, friendship, and hope in ways that feel natural rather than preachy. The pacing keeps younger readers engaged, while the emotional moments give the adventure a lasting impact. Although new readers should begin with the first book, returning fans will appreciate how this installment builds on the series without losing its warmth and sense of wonder. A wonderful middle-grade fantasy that leaves you looking forward to the next adventure.

Dhalia is a young woman now and has just become a Keeper of the Library. When Astra is taken away from her, she brings her younger self to help her fight the new monster who devours magic.
This was an intense read, where your heart beats fast with worry for Dhalia and the Keeper’s lives.
It was a perfect conclusion to a beautiful fantasy series, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Visions of Tomorrow is an exceptionally creative and emotionally driven middle-grade fantasy. It masterfully expands the series' lore by introducing a dark, dystopian future and a high-stakes time-travel plotline. It is a fast, fun, and magical page-turner. If you like stories with cool monsters, time travel, and a lot of heart, you will really enjoy this one!

The Library of Lost Dreams – Journey into the Future (The Expanded Edition): A High-Stakes Adventure into the Future

Star Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What Did I Just Walk Into?
Dahlia’s all grown up, officially the Keeper of Stories, and about five minutes into her new role before chaos comes calling. When a shadow creature starts devouring magic across a futuristic city, Dahlia has to rescue her mentor and save the archives. Her solution? Summon her ten-year-old self from the past. Because when the world’s ending, why not add some time-travel-induced therapy to the mix?

Here’s What Slapped:
This finale is a glowing, heartfelt end to a series that’s only gotten better with every book. The concept of “you versus your younger self” is both brilliant and beautifully executed. It turns a fantasy adventure into something deeply personal. The world is inventive—mechanical owls, scrap-metal monsters, and time-twisting chaos—and the emotional beats land perfectly. Dahlia’s growth is satisfying, her courage believable, and Sol the fluffy sidekick earns every snack he demands.

What Could’ve Been Better:
Absolutely nothing. Okay, maybe just one more chapter because I didn’t want to say goodbye.

Perfect for Readers Who Love:
• Time-travel fantasy with heart and humor
• Talking sidekicks who think they’re in charge
• Short, gorgeously illustrated adventures
• Stories that teach courage without losing the fun
• Magic that’s really about self-acceptance

A touching and imaginative conclusion to a wonderful series. The Library of Lost Dreams – Journey into the Future reminds readers young and old that sometimes the bravest thing you can do is face the version of yourself you used to be. A perfect ending to a perfect trilogy.

Book Series Order:
The Library of Lost Dreams: Special Expanded Edition: A Magical Adventure of Courage and Imagination
Book 1 of 3: The Library of Lost Dreams
The Library of lost dreams - Journey into the past: The Expanded Edition: A Magical Library Time Travel Adventure
Book 2 of 3: The Library of Lost Dreams

I received a copy of this book to review and it has not impacted the outcome of this review in anyway. The opinions stated are mine and mine alone.

In Journey Into the Future, we see the continuation of the children’s fantasy/adventure series Library of Lost Dreams by A. Goanta. Dahlia is grown up now and when the Library is under threat again, she must fight off this mysterious force. Only now she has a new helper, Sol. Requiring the help of her younger self, we see them time travel to work together in battling this new evil or darkness that is creeping in.

This was a good instalment in the continuing series. I can see kids enjoying this and the age range has moved up slightly, to go along with the progression of the reader. The adventure itself is kept at such a pace that the child or young reader will be kept interested. There is enough action throughout the book to draw the attention of children and keep things flowing at a quick pace. The climax or boss battle, to speak in gaming terms, is also well done. It involved some problem solving, but I did feel like perhaps it could have had more to the resolution.

I liked the character progression from the previous books and that we get to see what trouble comes from her decision to keep helping with the Library of Lost Dreams. It added some extra depth and the ability to see the consequences of our actions. The new character Sol is a lovable character that adds a good supporting role. As far as the conclusion goes, it leaves it open for another book to follow suit. It does seem like one can only find so many variations of the same forms of darkness that threaten the Library. This would make my recommendation be that the series not be kept going as a long term storyline, as it will slowly lose its magical touch that it currently has for readers. With the age progression that we saw, I would suspect that this is already the plan of the author.

Overall, I would recommend reading this for young readers. The series is a good choice for getting children interested in reading, which is something that we struggle with in our society right now.

I thoroughly enjoyed Visions of Tomorrow and can recommend it to any young readers in the age group 10-14. I know children in my workplace would enjoy this story for sure!

The story's pace is well written, the storyline is clear and doesn't get confusing, and we are able to follow all the parts of the adventure without any trouble. Definitely a positive when focusing on young readers.

Dahlia's story is full of action, well-explained connections, and magic, keeping it interesting from page 1 to 90. I adored the illustrations, which gave the story even more life and showed us the main antagonist in all the stages of his development, as well as captured the story's feel and voice when considering the protagonists.

I took one ⭐ down for two reasons:
1. A repetition of the antagonist's development in the first chapters. To me, it seemed unnecessary and too frequent, especially when it followed in each chapter (thought only one line in the beginning, but I do believe repeating it once instead of 4x would have been enough).
2. For keeping it so short. Part of me believes that slowing down a little bit at places and giving them a bit more description would give the children not only more to imagine, but might enrich their vocabulary as well .

Overall, I would love to introduce young readers to this story and the stories that precede it in the series (which I haven't yet read, as I received the book as a free copy via Booksprout). Even without the knowledge of the previous two books, the reader doesn't miss much, as all the necessary details are described in the story.

A.Goanta never lets you down with his phenomenal artwork and vivid details in his writing!

This third book of the series had me feeling all the emotions you can feel. I had the anxiety that the characters were feeling in that moment. I could feel the relief when something happened that needed to go the right way. I would hold my breath in the moments when there was uncertainty. I rejoiced when the time came to rejoice! Times when I felt tears forming because I felt like I had a strong bond to the different characters and there was anguish in the moment.

It reads like a movie. Reminds me Percy Jackson. Imaginative and Captivating until the very end! I love that somethings stay the same so there is a constant that is familiar and gives a warm fuzzy feeling. In the same token there is new excitement, almost dangerous, and wild ride that you know you're about to go on! The characters are constantly learning more about themselves and each other, growing both together and individually

In the end it shows us that sometimes you have to make tough choices that may be wrong, but they are right at the same time.

I cannot wait to read the fourth book to this series!

You know when a series just keeps getting better with every book? That’s exactly what’s happening here.
Visions of Tomorrow: The Library of Lost Dreams is book three in the Dahlia series, and honestly, this one hit me harder than the first two. Dahlia is older now, and that growth feels real. She’s no longer just trying to find her place in the world; she’s carrying real weight, making impossible choices, and still moving forward. I loved seeing that side of her. Sol made me laugh and then completely broke my heart. That’s all I’m saying.
This story goes to some surprisingly emotional places, but it never loses the sense of wonder that makes this series so special. And the illustrations are absolutely gorgeous. There were moments I stopped reading just to admire the artwork before turning the page.
If you’ve been following Dahlia’s journey, book three is perfect. And if you haven’t started the series yet, you should.
Five stars, without hesitation.

In Visions of Tomorrow, the stakes are as high as the futuristic skylines, pitting a seasoned, rule-bound Dahlia against her own fearless, younger self in a race to save a disappearing magical legacy. This "magic-punk" adventure masterfully blends the high-tech ingenuity of Big Hero 6 with the reality-bending wonder of A Wrinkle in Time, replacing traditional fantasy tropes with clockwork sentinels and ravenous, scrap-metal nightmares. While the tension of a mentor’s abduction and a crumbling world keeps the pages turning, the inclusion of a muffin-powered, snack-obsessed sidekick provides a necessary heart and humor to the high-stakes journey. It is a vibrant, imaginative exploration of identity and courage, proving that sometimes the only person who can help you save the future is the dreamer you used to be.

I loved the first 2 books. Dahlia’s story was an epic adventure. Sadly this book wasn’t quite like that. Going to the future seemed unnecessary to most of the story. I understand, once I got to the epilogue, that it was to tell more of the time line. But I feel like we skipped important parts of Dahlia’s life. We don’t really see her come into her powers. We get the slight conversation about her family and how they don’t talk anymore. The story of how the house burnt down. It’s all things that I feel like we should’ve seen first.
The future then to the past and Astra seeing the future that we just read in the book seemed a little to me.
I do love the characters and I hope to read more of Dahlia’s story. There’s so much we need to know about the time in between young Dahlia and Keeper Dahlia.

This is the third book in Kit’s library series, and it continues seamlessly where the previous two books left off. Story-wise, it fits perfectly into the series and will be especially enjoyable if you already know and like the earlier installments.
I did have one issue this time, though, and that was with the artwork. The cat appears in almost the exact same pose throughout the book, and unfortunately that pose looks a bit like it’s jumping or attacking straight at the reader. I personally found that slightly unsettling, especially because it’s repeated so often.
Aside from that, the book is once again a nice, cozy read and a good continuation of the series. Fans of the first two books will likely enjoy this one as well, even if the illustrations might not work equally well for everyone.

This is the second book in the series traveling back to the early time. The book opens with a fascinating library where Dahlia is found falling onto the stoned floor. The rupture almost engulfed her.

The book shows Astra, an owl, as a great supporting character.

How would Dahlia solve the mystery of time travel? Can she get back to her home?

The book is very exciting and full of fun. Dahlia's appearance makes the chapters full of emotions.

The colourful book depicts real life situations in a fun filled story.

The Keeper plays a resounding role in the storytelling.

Astra is very cute and intelligent to support Dahlia.

Overall the book is very interesting and unique. It's recommended to all to have the best of reading.

This is the third book in The Library of Lost Dreams series. Dahlia is grown, and has just become a Keeper of the Library. When Astra is taken, Dahlia must bring her ten year old self into the future to help fight this dark monster that has never been recorded in the archives. This will be their toughest fight yet.

The chapters are short, easily read, and simple to understand; better understood if the books are read in order. The illustrations are simply beautiful!

In my opinion, the books are easier and better read in physical form instead of on an e-reader, just because the pictures and layout of the book.
