What a great bundle! I've read Beyond the Veil, by Pippa DaCosta, and loved it! It's well written, with a perfectly paced plot, imaginative characters, and an exciting element of romance. The passages flow seamlessly, and I was swept away by the fantasy.
For the last five years, Muse has been living in Boston under a different name, building up her business, and finding joy in her routine. She believes she has successfully put the past behind her. Of course, you can't run away from who you are, and even though Muse is half human, she is also half demon. So, when a handsome stranger walks into her shop, and calls her by her demon name, she knows things are about to change.
The beautiful and fearsome full demon, Akil, brings an added layer of complication. Having put their history behind her, he is the last person she should be calling upon for help. And soon she will discover, there is much more beneath the surface… and the handsome stranger is about to play a very big role in what is to come.
If you haven’t started the series yet, this is the perfect opportunity! The other stories sound fascinating, as well!

Like I said before, this is like rating all of the Chinese restaurants in one town. They're all good :-) or they're all bad.
This "boxed set"was very good though. Yes, I've read all the books in it and I am happy to say that I liked most of them and loved a few of them. What more can you ask for in a "boxed set"?

a nice collection
Fates Fables, Mary Hades & See You in Hell made this collection worth it to me. There was one story about mermaids that I haven't been able to finish, but that is the blessing of these collections: I get to find new authors & series that I might not have read otherwise, and I don't have to feel guilty about buying a story I can't finish.

Can't fault the price and some of these stories have introduced me to new authors.
