Shadow of War
From the shadows comes an enemy that seeks not power, but annihilation.
An enemy that will not rest until Sapeiro is on its knees.
After suffering a crushing defeat, the survivors of the battle of Midrock have sought shelter in the mountains. War looms on the horizon, and all hope is lost. Her Sentinel destroyed, Sora Rosewood is weaponless against this threat. Meanwhile, Lenka’s hold on leadership is fickle, at the mercy of those who wish to further their own agendas. Time is running out, resources are scarce, and the stakes have never been higher.
The survivors will need to work together if they hope to stave off the approaching darkness. But in order to vanquish the enemy outside, they first will need to face the enemy within.

ABOUT THE BOOK
After the devastating defeat at Midrock, the survivors seek refuge in the mountains as war closes in on Sapeiro. With her Sentinel destroyed, Sora Rosewood is left powerless, while Lenka struggles to hold onto leadership amid growing division.
With time running out and resources dwindling, the survivors must put aside their differences and unite against the threat approaching from the shadows. But before they can defeat the enemy outside, they’ll have to confront the enemy within.
MY THOUGHTS
This is the third and final instalment in the Sapeiro Chronicles, and after waiting three years for it, I can happily say it was worth the wait.
I reread books one and two before starting this one and somehow adored them even more the second time around. So when Tiffany asked if I’d be one of the first to read the final instalment, I was beyond excited. Thankfully, this book lived up to my very high expectations.
The stakes are even higher this time around. The story is still jarringly dark at times, with scenes of battle and enslavement that are difficult to read, but I think those darker moments made the lighter ones feel even more meaningful. I adored all of the main characters and loved seeing how much they had grown throughout the series. The romantic subplot also added so much heart to the story, giving our protagonists something, and someone, worth fighting (and dying) for. I was emotionally invested right alongside them.
And yes, I am VERY happy to report that the dragons make an appearance! I have been hanging out for that storyline, and now I desperately need Tiffany to write a dragon spin-off because I NEED to know more about them. I also absolutely loved that Sora finally gets an animal companion.
And can we talk about the covers? They are stunning, and of course I had to buy physical copies of all three.
This is such a fantastic series, and I genuinely want more people to pick it up. Tiffany is an indie author, but I could absolutely see the Sapeiro Chronicles finding a much bigger audience. The world, characters and story have so much potential, and this series deserves to be discovered.
A brilliant conclusion to a series I’m very glad I picked up.

Review of advance copy received from Author
Beyond Phenomenal!!
After reading Bk’s 1&2 I’ve been really looking forward to how everything would come together and honestly a bit nervous but I trusted the author’s talents based on her earlier books. My trust was well placed as Shadow of War has exceeded every expectation!
The characters and storylines converged to make sense with enough surprises to make the ending very satisfying.
Though a book 4 would be awesome!
A huge Thank you to Tiffany Lafleur and all her hard work
