In 1990 Robert J. Thomas was sworn in as the full time mayor for the city of Westland, Michigan. He served twelve years, making him the longest serving mayor in Westland's history.
While he was mayor he wrote his first book titled, How to Run for Local Office, which has now sold over 25,000 copies worldwide.
He has written and published on Kindle, the Jess Williams Westerns series. Retired, he now lives in Mississippi with his wfe Jill.
It's a pleasure to read about Jess helping other people. He's such a good person when he needs to be. Word of him now puts fear into a lot of bad people. It's still nice and entertaining when they don't know who they are dealing with. Excellent book as usual. Would highly recommend this series to all that enjoy a good western series.
Number 149 is still a great new story of Jess helping people and getting rid of bad men. A town was desperate being ravaged by a gang of bad men. One of the town's men snuck out to find help. He found Jess Williams.
I enjoyed the story as I have all of them. My only complaint is all of the misspellings and letters added to words that slowed me down and made me wince! Robert please take the time to proofread your wonder stories!i
