I really enjoy this authors characters and the plot she builds in such a short amount of time. I’m definitely a fan of novellas over books that never end. That being said, this felt like it kept repeating itself. Jax wants to take it to the next step, Sophia hesitates, Jax says “I know it’s too soon but…” rinse and repeat. To be honest I could handle that if there was any spice at all. If I’m reading an MC story I expect some hot and heavy action and this author definitely “fades to black” rather than the preferred alternative. I’d pass on this one.

I love this author

I have yet to find a book that I have not enjoyed since randomly finding this author. Her books are short but well written that you feel like you are experiencing the characters love story. I loved this story and the growth that the heroine did through out the book. She was very easy to relate to.
