Interesting points

It was OK, maybe I should read it again. Made some valid points. I did take the meditation advice, into consideration.

A must read for girls in middle school and high school

Great book if this is your first time working through low self esteem and depression linked with low self esteem. I personally believe younger women should read this especially those in middle school and high school. I gave it four stars because I felt that the author held back on more information, wealthier it be knowledge more on the subject, more practice exercises, and a few other things. Overall I recommend it.
