Good book for beginners or non-IT-users.
As an IT professional, I found this intoductory book a good option for most beginner users. If you have little or no experience with Windows-based equipment, this will get you started. For someone, however, who is trying to figure out why Microsoft Edge is so quirky, it won't help at all.
