Oh yes! This is the slow burn I’ve been needing! Zander is a morally grey MMC who will hurt anyone who touches Leah. Leah is a badass FMC who won’t take any shit from anyone, especially Zander. The spice yes. The plot, yes. Zanders obsession with Leah is everything. The slow burn is slow and it gets you ready for when they blow. The banter and sarcasm from them both is everything. This was written so well.
We saw more of each character and how they grew. I need more of these characters!!
“I don’t get mad. Now be a good girl and put your seatbelt on. I’ve never driven a Viper before today, and I want to see if it’s worth the hype.”
“If the dictionary had pictures, his would be next to fuckboy. Covered in tattoos and standing at an intimidating six-foot-four, he’s completely unapproachable. Until he smiles”

Definitely read the trigger warnings before you start this book - it’s a dark romance. That being said, it’s full pf banter and spice! The FMC and MMC pull you in quickly and make it hard to put the book down!
