Come and join the bubbly cast of characters coming this summer. An unfolding family drama of heartache, longing, friendship, and secrets on the island of Nantucket.
Songs of Summer is book sixteen of The Coleman Series series, which will be the last book in this series. It's a heart-wrenching yet hopeful family drama that unfolds between the glittering shores of Nantucket Island.
Katie writes women's fiction and clean, wholesome contemporary romance. She looks to everyday, real-life family issues to weave stories of heartfelt emotions, love and loss, and everything in between.
Come transport yourself to Martha's Vineyard: an island of vivid blue ocean, white sand, and a lively community of locals, who celebrate everything from the bright New England summers to the cold, yet cozy, snowcapped winters.
Estelle Coleman is offered the chance of her life time to go on a tour for her new book. Estelle is 73 years old and a widow. She decides to go, taking along her daughter and granddaughter, Darcy. Estelle’s other granddaughter lives & works in Italy having moved there many years ago. Rachelle opened her own restaurant then a fire occurred. She is engaged to the most eligible and richest bachelor in the city. Then his family decides that she must giving up her job and let his family plan the wedding according to their family status. What will happen when her grandmother’s book tour comes to Rachelle’s arena. A read you won’t want to miss.
The last book of the Coleman series ends on a beautiful note. Rachelle is still in Italy trying to accomplish opening her own restaurant and realizing her competence as a chef. Meanwhile, back on Nantucket, her grandmother Estelle is seeking fulfillment after the loss of her husband Roland. Katie Winters focuses on finding love at any age and respecting the importance of family. I'm sad this series is over, but I loved this final book and how competently the author ended the series.
Book 16 of The Coleman Series was as captivating as the previous 15 books! Ms Winters writes her stories as if she is chatting with a dear old friend, just enough details from her previous 15 stories to grab your attention and crave the very next page. Amazing characters growing and changing throughout her books to keep you wanting more. It was truly a privilege to make this journey through her writing s!😁🤗
I just love Katie Winter’s books and the stories she weaves about her characters! She illustrates their growing pains, their need to solve their problems with the love of their families! Her character is unique and processes life in their own way! Songs of Summers was a great read. I always wanted to find out what happened next but not really wanting to finish Rachelle’s story!
Not much appears as real - is rarely so. Someone else was paying the bills. And once again family is the glue. From celebration chef to celebration chef. An explosion 💥 put one to rest. The phoenix pattern was secure and tense. What a beautiful story.
I've loved the Coleman family since the first book and hope maybe there's another to come? That led me to all of Katie's other series, now one of my very favorite authors!
A great story of Rachel and her Nantucket to Italy and return to Nantucket journey. Her dreams shattered but with family support may have the future she wanted with love and success. 💕💕
