I'm afraid I wasn't a fan. It wasn't written well, with bad sentence structure and sloppy grammar and punctuation. I found it patronising at times, too. When writing a book on a topic like this, the author needs to leave their personality out of it. It had self-published written all over it, giving those decent self-published titles a bad name. If it wasn't self-published then it was taken on by a careless publisher. I suggest the author revise the entire manuscript, for they're clearly interested in the topic of astral projection.

Very repetitive, and have yet to leave my physical form! sounds more like an Indian thing cuz they highly encourage yoga and chakras. The movie insidious lead me to this subject , and besides the techniques it was quite lame.

OK intro book if you know nothing about Astral projection
Let me start by saying that if you are getting this book from amazon, you're better off getting the eBook for 3 bucks. Simply put, this book is not worth the price of the hardcover.
All that being said, this book Can be informative for someone who has no experience with astral projection. But even then, I would suggest to find other resources along with this book.
