When blood is no longer thicker than water, KoKo and Kayson will risk all that they have built to settle the treachery of the past. Corruption and jealousy seep into the core of the organization; causing formed alliances to shatter, and trust and love to waiver. Only time will tell if the search for truth will uncover more deception than either of them can handle.
With all of the demons that surface and threaten to destroy their undying love, will KoKo and Kayson be able to remove the boundaries growing between them, or will the secrets revealed ultimately put them on opposite sides of each other’s unforgiving trigger?
Sometime The Pussy Trap set for an enemy strikes harder on the one who set it.
KoKo Wells is busy at home, being a mom to her two children and a wife to get husband. But, the streets are calling her back into a world that is dangerous and will get her into a world of trouble with the Boss.
Kayson is determined to reclaim his throne and keep his family safe in the process. Unfortunately, he learns there is treachery everywhere!
Baseem has always prided himself on being the Boss' right hand man, but he may have caught a bug along the way.
I enjoyed this book, but found a few small errors, and for that reason alone, rate it 💎💎💎💎. I'm looking forward to the next installment by @nene_capri_bosslady, but suggest that you catch up while there's still time.
One of the best outstanding urban series of all time.
This is a must read series, so make sure to buy and read Pussy Trap 1 through 3 first so you can get the full experience of this fast pace action filled series. There is so much going on in these books, because at every turn you are guessing who is the enemy and what part they play in the lives of the main characters Kayson and Koko. You will find that Kayson and Koko have a love for each other that goes beyond just physical and mental it is also spiritual, because it takes a lot's to love someone that you know has killed your mother even if you are not sure of the reasons why when you first find out that it was at the hands of your wife. I love, love this series along with everything thing that Nene Capri have written you can't go wrong with any of her books. I hope this not the end of this series. I hope to get a chance to read what happens with Kayson and Koko and Baseem after the big massacre of all the that was after them. It would also make a good storyline too see how the children of Kayson and Koko and Baseem turn out when they are older.
The Boss has done it again!!! I have so may mixed emotions after finally completing this series! Love, betrayal, death and survival is all apart of the Game and if you ain't ready then don't step in! #trappin Kayson Wells is the Boss and nobody can take his spot.... The Enforcer is back and in full force! I absolutely Loved this series, it's a deadly roller coaster but it's worth the ride!
I'M STILL WONDERING WHY KAYSON TOOK THE KIDS & left KOKO TO DEAL WITH THE WOMAN WHO HE SAID RESEMBLED HIS WIFE THAT HAD CLEARLY SPOOKED HIM WHILE HE WAS VISITING HIS DECEASED UNCLE RABB IN THE CEMETERY WITH HIS KIDS. I BELIEVED THAT WOMAN TO HAD BEEN PASHION, THE WOMAN BOTH BASEEM & KOKO HAD REFERRED TO AS GRANDMA ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS (BASEEM WHEN HE ROLLED UP ON PASHION AT A RESTAURANT TO MAKE HER AGREE TO COOL DOWN HER ATTEMPTS TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT KAYSON; KOKO WHEN SHE PULLED UP TO PASHION'S CRIB QUESTIONING HER ABOUT WHY SHE/PASHION HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET HER ATTENTION.). IF YOU'D READ BOTH TPT4 & TAINTED YOU KNOW WHAT I'M REFERRING TO! SINCE WHEN IS KAYSON SO WORRIED ABOUT A WOMAN THAT HE FELT THE NEED TO HIDE HIS KIDS FROM KOKO & NOT RETURN UNTIL KOKO HANDLED THE 'THREAT' OF THE WOMAN WHO SHOWED UP AT THE CEMETERY WHILE HE WAS WITH HIS SON? I'M BEGINNING TO WONDER WHAT KAY IS HIDING & WHY MONIQUE ADVISED HIM IN BOOK 1 TO NOT LET SECRETS RUIN HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH KOKO LIKE SHE LET IT/SECRETS RUIN HER RELATIONSHIP? IS HE THE REAL KILLER OF KOKO'S DAD MALIK? OR, DOES HE KNOW WHO KILLED KOKO'S PARENTS: MALIK & SABRINA? WHY DID KAYSON GO TO A SECRET ROOM IN THEIR CRIB, LOOK THROUGH SOME PAPERS IN A SAFE, BEFORE EXITING THE HOUSE? WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT???????!? IN BOOK 1 KAYSON RECALLED HAVING MET KOKO WHEN SHE WAS A BABY & MALIK BRINGING HIS MOM MONIQUE 'AN ENVELOP' & HOLDING BABAY KOKO WHEN MALIK VISITED MO. IT'S MY BELIEF THAT BRENDA MAY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO KILL MALIK IN RETALIATION FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO HER DAUGHTER KEISHA BECAUSE HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM, BUT WASN'T EXPECTING SABRINA TO BE DRIVING HIS CAR THAT MORNING ON HER WAY TO WORK WHEN IT BLEW UP IN THE DRIVEWAY. PERHAPS TAQUAN MAY HAVE ASSITED IN THE PLANNING & THAT MAY BE WHY BRENDA CALLED TAQUAN IN EITHER BOOK 3 OR 4. AT ANY RATE,THERE WAS WAY TOO MUCH STRIFE IN THE MARRIAGE & HOUSEHOLD OF THE WELLS COUPLE & IT WAS DUE TO KOKO FEELING LIKE SHE HAD UNFINISHED BUSINESS & KAYSON TRYING TO SIT HER DOWN. I WAS A BIT LOST WHEN KOKO MET WITH BREONNA, GOLDIE, & THAT OTHER CHICK AT A OUT OF THE WAY CABIN-LIKE SPOT, WHERE THEY'D GOTTEN AMBUSHED & CAPTURED/BREONNI I BELIEVE GOT AWAY & THE OTHER CHICK KILLED AS HAD GOLDIE. EVEN THOUGH I'D FELT NO WAYS ABOUT HER WHEN SHE WAS WITH MIDNIGHT/NIGHT, I LIKED HER RELATIONSHIP WITH BASEEM OVER HIS SITUATIONWITH SIMONE. THEREFORE, GOLDIE WILL BE MISSED. IT WAS GOOD TO SHOW BASEEM ACTUALLY CATCHING FEELINGS FOR NOT ONE BUT TWO FEMALES: SIMONE & GOLDIE IN THIS INSTALLMENT! ONE OF MY FAVORITE PHRASES IN THIS BOOK CAME FROM BASEEM WHEN HE SAID:"I SMELL BULLSHIT IN THE AIR!" AS HE CAUGHT THE VIBE OF KOKO & GOLDIE APPEARING TO BE CONSPIRING! I HATED WHAT HAPPENED TO TAQUAN WELLS BECAUSE I FELT THAT HE-WHO HAD REVEALED THAT KAYSON WASN'T HIS ONLY SON (ROCK & BOA WERE HIS AS WELL) DURING THAT STANDOFF WITH KAYSON-HAD UNFINISHED BUSINESS WITH BRENDA, KEISHA'S MAMA THAT INTRIGUED ME. I WONDERED WHY TAQUAN HELD SUCH DISTRUST FOR MONIQUE IF SHE WAS HIS SON KAYSON'S MOTHER. WHAT DOES HE KNOW ABOUT MO THAT KAY MAY NOT HAD BEEN AWARE OF? I STILL REMEMBER WHEN MO CALLED SOME GUY IN BOOK 1 TO SHARE WITH HIM THAT SHE'D JUST MET KOKO/CE'ASIA & SHARED A LAUGH WITH THAT MALE VOICE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT HER 'SON''S FEELINGS FOR MALIK'S DAUGHTER KOKO. I BELIEVE THAT MALE VOICE ON THE PHONE TO HAD BEEN TAQUAN WELLS WHOM MONIQUE HAD SPOKEN WITH ABOUT KOKO & KAY. SPEAKING OF THAT STANDOFF BETWEEN FATHER & SON, THINGS WERE SAID THAT PROBABLY WASN'T MEANT BETWEEN THEM & HAVING TO DO WITH THE WOMEN IN THEIR LIVES. I KNEW THAT KAYSON WAS JUST TALKING'S SH*T TO HIS DAD TAQUAN, WHO HAD KIDNAPPED KOKO & GOLDIE, WHEN HE STATED THAT HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT KOKO & SHE WAS REPLACEABLE, BUT IT STILL DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT TO READ IT. EVEN THOUGH THEY REUNITED IN THIS BOOK, I STILL FELT LIKE THERE WAS SOMETHING LINGERING THAT COULD DESTROY THEM & THEIR MARRIAGE. BOOK 5 MAY BE OUT BUT I STILL NEED A TPT 6/7/8 TO FEEL SATISFIED WITH WHAT WILL BECOME OF THE WELLS FAM.
I BEGGED NE NE CAPRI TO CONTINUE THE SERIES BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T LEAVE US LIKE THIS! I WONDER WHAT PASHION KNOWS ABOUT KAYSON THAT SHE KEPT WARNING KOKO OF! HAS ANYONE CHECKED THE OBVIOUSLY SUBTLE CLUES THAT NE NE CAPRI DROPPED ON US INVOLVING KOKO & BASEEM????! I SUSPECT THEY'RE RELATED! THE COMMON DENOMINATOR BETWEEN THEM:PASHION! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO BRI FROM TAINTED. SPEAKING OF TAINTED, NE NE CAPRI NEEDS TO COME WITH A TAINTED 3 IT'S BEEN TOO LONG ON STUCK! I KNOW THAT SHE DIDN'T KILL OFF NASEEM, BASEEM'S BROTHER! SO SAD ABOUT GOLDIE...... WHY DID KAYSON TAKE THE KIDS LEAVING KO KO TO FINISH OFF SOMEONE THAT SEEMED TO HAD SPOOKED HIM WHILE AT THE GRAVE SITE?! THOUGH TPT 5 IS OUT I STILL NEED ANSWERS.
It was pretty good. It was a little difficult keeping up with all the characters, but I made due! At the end of this book, I was surprised but not that Rock and Kayson were brothers (sorry - spoiler alert! LOL). Loved the heart Kayson has for his crew, his family and the streets. Dude killed his brother and his daddy. Can't wait to see what book 5 has in store!!!!!!!!!
Sometimes when an author takes a while to come out with their book, the characters almost become an afterthought. There are so many characters that a refresher would be nice. Here in part four, we have Kayson and Koko showing the streets and their adversaries why they are not a force to be reckoned with. As usual, Koko is hell bent on avenging those behind the death of her parents and is even willing to sacrifice her marriage in the long run as revenge consumes her soul. Even with all of this going on Kayson and Koko still manage to consummate their marriage on numerous events throughout the book almost to the point that it was excessive to say the least as Kayson unleashes the Enforcer. Between all the mindless sex, I think the story line gets confusing, a bit rushed and some events are left unanswered. Overall, the book was just ok and I was surprised by the betrayal at the end.
What a great ending mane this book was on point a few errors of character mixed up but overall a wonderful storyline. Kayson and boss mentality was full force. Koko was definitely in boss mode. Baseem is a loyal dude and his feelings for Goldie is so crazy since he don't love nobody. Finally settling all scores kayson and koko lose many true soldiers but in the end they remain on top. A few shocking revelations along the way but they piece it together. A must read for sure won't disappoint.
Honestly, I hope this is the last book of this series. All the drama and different names was confusing at times because I had to refer back to the previous books as there was a significant gap in these books being released.
Overall, it was okay. I always liked Koko and Kayson's relationship and how she was down for him. Multiple times she would do or say something extra or dumb that would make me roll my eyes, but this was a fast read. No thought involved.
I enjoyed this book. There were A lot of sex sense more then anything else in the book. But it was really good. I'm hoping this is the end because I don't want either kayson or koko to die since they Killed all their enemies finally. And it sucks that Goldie died because I wanted her and Baseem together but you know how it is in a book. One of ur favorites always die. Smh.
Damn Nene you have done it again.I definitely wasn't expecting all of that. But I'm hella glad about all the twist, turns and secrets that came about.Kayson and Koko good lord in surprise she isn't pregnant again before the end of the book lol.But I'm glad she finally gave in and let him be Boss.Glad they fix all the things in between them also.Damn really Goldie
I loved the action but the plot was murky... The Yuri scenes were just wrong, the Goldie, Baseem and Simone triangle left me cold... The Brenda section still left a lot to be desired and just simply unconnected to the point of the story. I expected more but it is what it is, a twisted read to pass the time.
This book was so confusing! The editing was HORRIBLE and all the characters didn't do it justice neither. It went way left field and I'm still trying to figure out who is who.
Man I really wish Kayson was really Real he Is a true definition of Boss I luv his nd koko relationship he wasn't stopping until his family was safe it was truly a page turner GREAT JOB NENE
NeNe Capri I so love this series....I hope u have already started on part 5. This is a page turner that have u hungry for more and keeps u at the edge of your seat......Keep it coming!
What can I say. NeNe you did it again. Kayson and Koko are a beast. Loved the book. Why you had to kill my girl Goldie. Baseem will never be the same. He really loved Goldie. I hope this is not the end.
Finally!!! This story could of ended in part 2 or 3. Love Kayson and KoKo... But the author had two many damn characters. I still don't understand who was who and why they did what they did.
When the boss gives orders you follow or shit happen.... Once you read this one out put a end to all the questions you have...... You will enjoy it!!!!!!
This book was off the chain. It was good from beginning to end. It was so many twist and turn. It was so many secret reveal and it had my mouth open. It was a good way to end a series.
Ladies and Gentleman if you haven't read the Pussy Trap series you need to. You are missing out on some juicy sex scenes, greed, betrayal, loyalty, and death.
