A great book for those who are launching new businesses or veterans with many years of experience! Until I retired, I didn’t think much about marketing. Since then, I have launched my own business. My previous experience gives me nothing to rely on when it comes to getting customers and keeping them onboard. At the same time, the author does not paint a fantasy image of how this will work. He gives precautions along the way so that you don’t have to learn everything through the school of hard knocks. There’s just too much in the book to talk about every aspect, so you’ll just need to take my word for it. This book is worth far more than most out there! I’m looking forward to reading more from this author.
