Shallow

Lots of talk, very few examples. Just look at the "improve" section which includes: learn a new language every year, travel, make more friends, meditate, exercise, diet. Seriously? How's that related to problem solving again?

Very bland narrative

Sounds very academic and does not support the theory with application. Providing real life examples would have perhaps made this read interesting.
