It’s been five years, and Jace Morton still hears about his older brother, Eagan, and his controversial and groundbreaking TV show “Love My Way.” Frustrated, he stops his involvement in the Lifestyle and concentrates on his construction business. His life would be fine if Eagan’s wife, Ananda, didn’t ask him to use his house for another reality show.
Taren has been enamored with the BDSM lifestyle since she heard about “Love My Way.” When she learns Ananda has been trying to contact a former contestant to have her own show for her to find a Dom...or Domme, Taren offers to go in her place. She wants the BDSM fairy tale.
Jace wants nothing to do with the show, but his interest is piqued once he sees Taren. He competes if only to refute the notion of finding the perfect BDSM relationship on a reality TV show.
Can Jace learn to let go of the past and trust his instincts? Will Taren see past the fanfare of the Lifestyle to discover its true meaning? Will they do it in time to discover each other?
Before you can say, "She can't go there with that story!" Bridget Midway is already taking you there and then some. This is the follow up book to Love My Way. This is Taran and Christian/Jace's story.
The format is again a reality show and this time Taran is looking for a Dom. Jace tells her "you cannot find love in the lifestyle" and because of Love My Way Taran believes you can. Well the show appears to be backing up up Taran's view point because the Slaves are finding someone to love.
I enjoyed this book and meeting all the Doms and Slaves, again an interesting read using the BDSM lifestyle to tell this love story. Ultimately the story is about trust.
Love My Way is still my favourite I don't think anything is going to top that ending. This is still a very engaging read!
I loved this book. If your into realistic BDSM books, this is for you! Midway has a way to bring you into the story and keep you captavated. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the story line of the brothers. It just didn't feel right that Jace did all the apologing when his brother clearly is absent from his life. Jace was wrong for what he did but we get no real closure about why Eagan is a absentee brother. It seems like just because he saved his brother as a teen he doesn't have to be there for him at 35. I love Eagan he is a great Dom and husband, a relative? I'm not so sure. I just hated it. I hope if this book is ever revised she will change it up just a bit and we get some growth in the relationship!
