This book took me into the completely unknown world of soldiers education and life in an elite unit.
I'm a civilian and never saw war myself. Guy M. takes one with him. He allows the reader to see what he sees and feel what he feels, if the reader is able or willing to get that close emotionally. Great literature. I recommend it very much.
I read slowly. The words form pictures and reading is like watching a movie. Therefor I think this book would make great cinema if one dared to put effort into it.
