Izzy was dating a doctor, what could go wrong in that situation?! She is in college and neglecting her friends for him and making excuses to not go out and sit at home waiting on his call. One day he comes into the restaurant where she is working at and his wife shows up. Everything comes crashing down for Izzy. Next, she knows the doctor is showing up at her apartment and school and he is calling her numerous times a day from different numbers. She meets Rogue at a low point in her life, but the sparks fly instantly. Rogue vowed to never love another woman again after his disastrous marriage, but with Izzy, he doesn’t stand a chance.

This is the 8th book in this series, and this is the first time I have read any of this authors work, but I will certainly be watching for her work in the future.
This is Rogue and Izzy’s story.
Izzy needs help after her ex’s betrayal, as he is now stalking her, and Rogue is determined to protect and keep her safe.
This is a well written easy to read, action packed story, with found family, friendships, emotions, tension, betrayal, fake relationships, trust, an age gap, loyalty, suspense, intrigue, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and spicy, MC romance.
I look forward to reading more from this author.

I absolutely loved this book! Insta-love in the best way! Rogue and Izzy met by chance but by the end of the book it was pure fate! Everything led up to an epic conclusion. This book has it all, spice off the charts, a stalker ex, brotherhood from the mc, a possessive mmc, a sweet quirky mfc, and so much more. Landry Hill shines with this series, pulling in the other characters from the other books. I highly recommend anything this author writes but especially her MC series. It has so many different tropes that keeps you completely invested to keep reading! I absolutely cannot wait for the next book.

I knew Rogue and Izzy’s story would be fun the moment they were introduced in a previous Savage MCs book. Landry Hill delivered some good stuff! Rogue was so sure he would never love again. Izzy just needed help to keep her ex away. When these two met sparks flew and the more they talked, the more the flame grew between them.
This book was fresh. It was the writing Landry does so well, pulling her books together, making you love the characters, and creating a world you know you’d be safe in. It was a breath of fresh air and exactly what I needed.

The secondary and supporting characters are energetic, charismatic and sometimes questionable. We are introduced to Izzy’s co-worker Viv, Dr. Alex Baker, and Rogue’s estranged family-father William Zegman, brother Davis, and his wife Kara:as well as several members of the Savage Knights MC including King, Cage, Linc and Shayna, Ripper, Dagger and Bones.
ROGUE’S PROPERTY is a quick read; a fast paced story of secrets and lies, betrayal and vengeance, obsession and madness; family and relationships, acceptance and love. The character driven premise is dramatic and twisted-a twist I saw early on ; the characters are determined and animated; the romance is seductive and fated. For a novella length story, ROGUE’S PROPERTY packed a lot detail and punch.

Goodness gracious, these Savage Knight men never let us down! I loved this one! Rogue was a goner as soon as he saw Izzy, and thankfully, the feeling was mutual. I loved their chemistry, and the fact that revenge was served up so nicely at the end! Gotta love karma!
I’m hoping we get King’s story soon with his “mystery” lady… Mandy was mentioned before, so I hope it’s her!

2.75 stars. I usually like a fake dating trope but this one was fake for like a nano-second before insta-lust took over. Otherwise, a pretty generic MC read.
