Misinformed Author
Author encourages unsafe use of essential oils. Promotes using oils ‘neat’ (undiluted) and the indiscriminate ingestion of oils. Also propagates the myth that there is a class of oils that are ‘therapeutic grade’. The recipes in this book should be researched for safety prior to application.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've have recently been turning my attention to alternative medicine and holistic practices and wanted to explore the essential oils. This book broke the whole practice down into easy to understand steps and left me feeling full of inspiration.
The author, Amy Joyson has a wonderful writing technique, very enjoyable to read.
I can't wait to apply these practices in my home and take my health to the next level.

Essential Oils
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this. Laid out in a simple manner and quite easy to understand by this newcomer to essential oils. Gave wonderful quick "recipes" to get you started. Plus spelled out any harmful side effects that could arise with these different oils. Thank you, Amy, looking forward to reading more of your books

I felt like some of the information contradicted what I've read before, plus I'm not sure if it was just the ebook but she would stop and start sentences randomly... some good info in here though.

Great intro to essential oils!
This is a quick guide for the newbie oil user. The descriptions are perfect and I love the recipes in the back.
