The goal of a fake supportive relationship is laudable here, but I do think it dragged on for longer than is reasonable, even given the circumstances. Jacob at one point caves, understandably, and that I think was the real turning point. The ten year gap in friendship is also extraordinarily long for two people to suddenly take up a worthy and contentious cause together.
The concept of helping to fight to support others against hate is a worthy one. This one didn’t quite…hit the mark. The two families were out of central casting, and their enthusiasm and support of the pair
more movie worthy than realistic.

When I was scrolling through book suggested in my kindle, this popped up and I knew I needed to read it. This book was very cute and I enjoyed the plot of this book very much though. I do wish it was longer as I feel like it could’ve gone in more depth of everything they were feeling. But I did enjoy it. I will look at more books by this author because they all look very very good.
