Savage Legion MC – Sabre
I cannot believe this is book eighteen in this series because every time this author releases another it feels just as fresh as the ones before. I liked the dynamics of this book with the mother and child trying to hide from her ex and the biker who knows how to protect the people he cares about.
Since Linsey is a Michelin Chef, she has classes she teaches on various cooking aspects and Sabre is one of her star pupils. Linsey is a mom and it didn’t deter Sabre at all and he forms a great bond with Noah showing him how a real father acts especially since his birth father was in prison for trying to kill his mom.
Now with her ex out of prison Sabre goes on high alert protecting Linsey and Noah. He takes this very seriously and his club brothers step up as well to keep them safe. I loved watching this newly forming family find their HEA.

**Cooking Lesson!**
Sabre’s Guard is the 18th book in the Savage Legion MC series, and I really enjoyed Sabre and Linsey’s slow-burning romance. What I loved most about their story was that neither of them was looking for a relationship when they met.
Sabre’s love of cooking and desire to learn new skills from a top chef led him to sign up for one of Linsey’s cooking classes. There was an instant interest between them, and when they just happened to be working the same event, there’s definitely no denying their attraction and chemistry.
Things become even more special when Sabre meets Linsey’s son, Noah. The two quickly form a special bond that I absolutely loved. When Linsey’s ex gets out early for good behavior and comes looking for her and his son, Sabre is willing to risk it all for the family he has found with Linsey and Noah. With the help and support of his brothers, they will do whatever it takes to keep Linsey and Noah safe.
Sabre and Linsey truly balance each other, making them the perfect couple. But one of my favorite parts of their story was the special bond between Sabre and Noah. It really showcases that family isn’t always about blood—it’s about showing up, being there, and loving someone when they need you.
This was an easy and enjoyable read filled with action, suspense, mystery, and a few twists along the way. And, of course, the MC brotherhood and banter between the brothers was on point! I love the playful teasing and fun they have at the clubhouse, but I also love how quickly that playful side disappears when it comes to protecting each other and their families.
I’m very much enjoying this series, and I always look forward to seeing what comes next for the Savage Legion MC!

Despite being a biker book, this one had a quiet tone to it. I liked how Linsey and Sabre met, how they flirted with each other and didn't rush into anything. For Linsey meeting Sabre brought about great changes for her, just when she needed them. It was great that she had someone to help as her ex got out of prison and started all sorts of trouble. It was nice to see the club get behind helping Linsey and making sure she was safe. Better was how later more trouble found Linsey and the whole club jumped into help.
And as great and Sabre and Linsey were, I loved seeing Sabre with Noah. I think that Sabre's past made him aware of what being around Noah brought, that blood doesn't always mean anything, but it's the small choices made day after day that prove you love someone. It was great to see Noah absorb these things and put them into action when needed.
Nice to see how things ended for this new family, they deserve all the happiness they can find.

SABRE’S GUARD is about Linsey, a single mom and Michelin-starred chef, and Sabre, a 1%er who attended her cooking classes. They were threatened by her ex-boyfriend, who tried to unalive her whilst she was pregnant. When the ex got out of prison, Linsey knew that he’d track her down.
It seems like a simple story, but the ex was from the cult where Linsey was raised, and its insidious presence even affected her nine-year old son, Noah.
Sabre worked for the club’s security firm and was a knife thrower, which is cool as anything. He bonded quickly with Noah and he and Linsey had a fast-burn romance.
I thought the characters were likable and interesting. Even more than the plot, Sabre, Linsey, and Noah drew me into the story. They each had goals and quirks, and there were layers to them. Good characters are my catnip.
Cat’s Stats
Heat- explicit
Bechdel test- passed
Safety? Y
Triggers- religious abuse, domestic violence, other violence, weaponry, kidnapping, and misogyny.
Tropes- Instalove, single mom, adorable moppet, Ebil ex, cult, dysfunctional family FTW, found family, protector hero, surprise pregnancy.

Love this MC series. This is a power couple in their own way. Sabre has always wanted his freedom too much to be tied to a wife and family. He grew up raised within the regime of poor parenting. Ex military, a brother with an intense interest in cooking.
Lindsey is a chef Michelin star chef, teaching cookery lesson, in the restaurant she works in, as a side. A one parent situation with 9 year old Noah. She was brought up in the god fearing, bible spouting religious environment. She managed to leave after her ex beat her up very badly and went to prison. She values her freedom.
This couple are perfectly in sync, though it was expected nor planned. Her ex is on early release for good behaviour and is determined to bring her back into the fold. This is where it gets ugly as the dangers she faces are managed and protected by the Club. A family in the making, a relationship based on mutual respect and something that benefits everyon.

Sabre's Guard was such an incredible read! I loved the unexpected dynamic of Sabre—a tough-as-nails biker who is equally passionate about his chef knives and cooking. His instant connection with Linsey during her cooking class, along with the sweet bond he builds with her son Noah, completely stole my heart.
When Linsey's dangerous ex gets released early from prison, the story cranks up the tension and drama. The Savage Legion MC stepping in to protect her and Noah provided the perfect amount of edge-of-your-seat suspense and protective "alpha male" energy.
It has the perfect blend of high-stakes action, emotional depth, and steamy heat that keeps you glued to the page from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone who loves romantic suspense and found-family tropes!

This was another fab addition to the series and I really enjoyed how love bloomed for two people not looking for it ;) Sabre takes a cooking class that Linsey is teaching and sparks start to fly between them. When they bump into each other again, though, they decide to see where those sparks lead. Sabre really took to Linsey's son, Noah, and it was pure joy watching those two together. Things do not remain simple, though, when her ex gets out of jail early and comes for them... Expect to get caught up in the emotions, connection, found family, protection, danger, banter and hot spice in this slow burn romance. I really enjoyed it and look forward to what's next by this author :D

Review of an advance copy received from the author.
We are taken into the lives of Linsey and Sabre. They meet when he enrolls in a cooking class taught by chef Linsey. He wants to learn something new, and falling in love wasn't in the plan. But as we know, feelings cannot be held back, and it doesn't take long before they grow closer and their feelings for each other deepen. Then, her ex is released due to good behavior and starts harassing her and her son, Noah, again. Fortunately, Sabre is there to do everything she can to protect them and keep them safe.

This book was amazing. Sabre never thought he’d be getting more than a cooking class. But when he saw Linsey, things changed for him. He wanted to know her better. He was drawn to her and immediately attracted. And then her son Noah, what a doll. And he got to know Sabre too. I loved the connection that they each developed. And when she was made a target, Sabre immediately went into action ands kept her and her son safe. With the whole backing of the club. This was sweet and dangerous. Steamy and so good. I absolutely loved this one. I just wish it came in paperback so I could out out on my shelf.

He's a biker who loves to cook and has the chef knives to prove it. He and Lindsey connect when he takes one of her cooking classes. The story gets interesting when her ex is released early from prison and her life is once again in jeopardy. Sabre and his MC come to the rescue and along the way he realizes that he has deep feelings for Lindsey and her son. Will he be able to keep them safe and away from the ex who is determined to take what he thinks belong to him.

Cooking lessons and a tough biker was a twist I didn’t realize I would fall in love with so quickly. Linsey and Sabre connect while he is taking one of her cooking classes. Neither of them were looking for a relationship but this slow burn romance has them slowly finding one as Sabre connects with Linsey and her son Noah. Things ramp up when her violent ex is released from prison early. That brings the gritty MC aspect into the storyline. This is a fantastic read and addition to this incredible series.

Great story. Sabre has decided to take cooking classes with a Michelin chef. He loves to cook and he is attracted to Lindsey when he meets her. He meets her son and Noah looks up to Sabre for being in the military. This book is full of drama and danger when Lindsey finds out her ex is out of prison and looking for her. There are hot moments when Sabre and Lindsey can't deny their attraction and the book ends with a happy ending. I enjoyed reading this book.

Aria does MC stories like no one else. I LOVE this series. Each book gets better than the last. Sabre and Linsey's story is unlike any other MC story I've read. It has a slow-burn romance, suspense and steam enough to hook you from the first page. Her son Noah steals the book. This is another absolute MUST READ! Sabre's love of cooking has him signing up for a cooking class with chef from the local restaurant. Linsey used to work in the city and wanted a quieter life for her son. She loves teacher others how to cook. Sabre has an immediate interest in Linsey from the first class. I loved this story, Sabre is a sweetheart and takes things at a pace Linsey is confortable with. He was a great father figure for her little boy.

Another great story in the series featuring an alpha biker and a Michelin chef. Sabre is always looking for ways to be an asset to the MC and signs up for a class with Linsey. Their growing relationship also includes her intelligent little boy, who is wise to the actions of his abusive father. Loved it.

very good
Linsey is teaching a cooking class, and Sabre signs up. He does cook for the club, but usually only finger foods. Linsey also has a son named Noah, who loves history. You have twists and turns. I highly recommend this.
