People long to know more about God, but classical theological frameworks are not the answer for most of us. Rather than theological abstractions, we need simple, clear illustrations drawn from our own experiences to help us understand God better. Questioning God can help readers do just that. Each chapter starts with a fundamental question, such as "Does God really hear my prayers?" or "What can I base my life on?" Using dialogue to examine fourteen different images of God that appear throughout the Scriptures, Robert Don Hughes invites readers to hear God's answers to all their questions. With Hughes's guidance, readers will come to understand God more fully, feel closer to him, and be better able to explain God's boundless love to others in terms they can understand.
