I really loved this one. It’s incredibly easy to digest, with short, impactful maxims that don’t feel overwhelming but still give you something meaningful to reflect on.
One of my favorite parts was the inclusion of actionable journaling prompts. It made the experience feel interactive rather than passive, and gave me a way to actually engage with the ideas instead of just reading them and moving on.
I also appreciated how the author incorporated quotes from a wide range of thinkers and philosophers, both old and new. It added depth and made the ideas feel more connected to a larger body of wisdom.
What stood out most to me, though, was how grounded everything felt. Even though the book leans into concepts like “high vibrational” and conscious living, it never drifted into anything that felt overly abstract or out of touch. The maxims stayed rooted in reality, which made them feel practical and applicable in everyday life.
Overall, this feels like a book you can come back to again and again, picking it up whenever you need a little reset or something to reflect on.

This is a wonderful book full of good advice. I appreciate the collection of wisdom, and I also appreciate the format. As an eBook it is challenging to read it slowly and take the notes and do the journal entries. I also feel that the book borrows heavily from other sources which I am familiar with so while it is a wonderful gentle reminder, it isn't new or unique.
this was a very thoughtful collection of advice on how to live a purposeful, conscious and abundant life. I enjoyed the quote, quotes reflections, and spoken words speaking to a dragonfly, which represents transformation was a nice touch. There were quite a few tips that I saved for myself to keep as Reminders.
By design, each maxim is short but meaningful, and somehow the right one always seems to show up when I need it. Most days I’ll flip to a random page and carry the message with me. Other days it opens up deeper journaling or quiet reflection. It feels supportive without being heavy, and of course spiritual but never preachy.
You can open this book anywhere and get value from it. If you enjoy books on mindfulness, personal growth, or conscious living, this is one you will return to again and again.
