What he gave me was bruises I learned to crave, obedience that felt like choice, and a hunger I didn’t recognize until it owned me.
He taught me how to kneel. How to break. How to bloom in the dark.
I thought I was special. I thought I mattered.
Then he left me in an abandoned warehouse with nothing but pain, lies, and a backpack full of stolen money—proof that I was never more than a pawn in his war for power.
Used. Played. Discarded.
But Dante made one mistake.
He forgot that monsters don’t just create weapons… They create survivors.
And if he thinks I’ll disappear quietly, he’s about to learn what happens when a woman stops begging—and starts hunting.

My, my, my, this dude is like a bad boy cookie - bad for my soul, but I just can't get enough. This book is ridiculously good. The ending had me all riled up. Mariana was feeling meh about life and wanted some excitement. Then she met Dante and got a whole lot more than she bargained for. Dante didn't know he was missing love until Mariana came along. Will this bad boy with a cold heart let himself fall for Mariana, or will he stick to his bad boy ways? I devoured this book. I have a thing for bad boys, which, let's be real, is not the best taste. This book will put you through all the feels. Give it a read.
Thanks to Book Sirens for sending me an advanced copy to read and review
Fans of dark romance novels will love this. I have enjoyed other books by the author and Dante was no different. From the very first page I was hooked and I kept reading until the end as I wanted to know what happened. I love the author's writing style, she knows how to draw you in from the very first page. I loved the great mix of characters and the place settings in the story were beautiful. There were also some spicy scenes. Even though there were some sensitive subjects they were handled with care. I highly recommend it and I look forward to reading more by the author. 💜 Thank you to the author, A. Unda-Tames for my arc ebook copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
Dante by A. Unda-Tames absolutely wrecked me in the best way. Dark, dominant, and dangerously addictive — Dante is EVERYTHING I want in a mafia anti-hero. The tension? Insane. The chemistry? Off the charts. The possessiveness? Chef’s kiss. 🔥 I devoured this book. Every scene had me hooked, and I could not get enough of the power plays, the obsession, and the intense emotional moments woven through all that darkness. If you love ruthless mafia kings who fall hard and love even harder… RUN, don’t walk. I’m still thinking about him. 💀🔥
