Trinity was banished from her old pack when she comes to Katu pack lands. Where she meets her mate. In the last ten books in this series we have been introduced to many characters who are intertwined throughout each novella. This book shows the vulnerability that Trinity feels even after meeting her mate, she doesn’t know if she really belongs. Like always Jade Marshall pulls you in and her books always end too soon. Can’t wait for the next installment, this is an excellent read and addition to this series.

I absolutely LOVE this series. Each new story introduces characters which intertwine with existing characters to show the magnitude of how far the Katu pack has come. Trinity, has been on the run after being banished from her pack due to her "gift". When she finds herself on Katu pack land, she meets Grayson, her mate. Will history repeat itself and she gets banished agai? You have to read to find out. This is a shorter story that I wish was longer. A good story with the two main characters finding each other after Trinity is banished from her pack only to end up in Katu pack land. She meets Grayson who is her mate. He accepts her and her gift and it’s hard for her to imagine after being rejected from her pack for the same gift. You see other member from prior stories in these books too.

Trinity lost her home due to the fact that she had a power that scared her pack. She found a home in the Katu pack and her mate. Like most of the Katu mates, Grayson doesn't rush things, he patiently gives her time to accept him. When the pack is in danger, Trinity has to trust them to accept her in order to keep them safe. I don't think there is a bad story in this series.

I love the Katu Wolves series & while I usually enjoy every story, this one hit a bit differently. I found myself on the brink of tears several times including the moments Trinity recalled the isolation, exile, rejection & dismissal. This story definitely tugged @ my heartstrings more so than the others but I still loved it like all the others.
Acceptance is hard, even when you are almost the same. But Trinity has a different gift which had her thrown out of her last pack. Finding herself accepted is difficult for her to understand, especially with Grayson claiming he is her mate. A short read, but entertaining.
Sometimes the hardest part of survival isn’t fighting enemies… it’s believing you’re allowed to belong somewhere.
Quiet Mate by Jade Marshall is a tender, suspenseful paranormal romance about trust, second chances, and the courage to reveal who you really are when fear has always meant exile.
Trinity has spent six months alone, running after her own pack cast her out for a power they didn’t understand. Every step into new territory carries the same expectation: sooner or later, they’ll reject her too. So when she crosses into Katu wolf land and finds kindness instead of suspicion, she doesn’t know how to react — or how long it will last.
Then she meets Grayson.
He recognizes her as his mate immediately, but instead of claiming her without question, he does something more meaningful — he gives her time. Their relationship grows through patience and reassurance as Trinity slowly learns that acceptance can exist without conditions. Yet the secret she hides threatens more than her heart. Her ability warns her that danger is coming for the pack, and telling them could either save them… or cost her the only home she’s found.
What makes this story work is the emotional balance. The tension comes not only from outside threats but from Trinity’s fear of repeating the past. Meanwhile, Grayson’s steady presence shows that devotion isn’t just instinct — it’s choice. Their bond strengthens as trust replaces survival instinct, turning a fated connection into a meaningful partnership.
What you’ll find inside:
Fated mates with slow emotional trust
Outcast heroine seeking belonging
Protective but patient alpha hero
Pack family warmth
External danger raising the stakes
By the end, the story becomes less about finding a mate and more about finding a place where silence isn’t required to be accepted.
⭐ A heartfelt shifter romance blending comfort and tension — perfect for readers who love protective heroes and heroines learning they were never meant to face the world alone.

3.5 stars—QUIET MATE is the eleventh novella in Jade Marshall’s contemporary adult KATU WOLVES PARANORMAL romance series. This is wolf shifters Grayson and Trinity’s story line.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Trinity and Grayson) QUIET MATE follows in the wake of the arrival of wolf shifter Trinity, a lone wolf without a pack but a woman who knows more than most. From the outset Grayson knows immediately that Trinity is his mate but Trinity is hiding a potentially dangerous secrets, secrets that once revealed will either help or destroy the Katu wolves.
The relationship between Trinity and Grayson is one of fated mates; an immediate attraction of which Trinity struggles in the face of previous betrayal, and a lone wolf without a pack who can be both threatening and weak. the $ex scenes are limited and mostly implied.
We are reintroduced to Pack alpha Caine, and his mate Peyton.
QUIET MATE is a story of secrets and lies, betrayal and loneliness, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is entertaining; the romance is also limited as teh storyline covers but a few hours in the life; the characters are determined and desperate.
Trinity was kicked out of her pack for being considered different. She was used to being alone. She didn't trust anyone. When she crossed into the Katu Wolves territory she was shocked to come face to face with her Mate. A part of her wanted to just trust that feeling but everything in life had laughter her that she can't trust anything. Grayson was shocked to discover the new woman crossing into their territory was his mate. He could feel her fear and her keeping secrets. The way the pack gives Trinity her space to come into herself and they just accept her for who she was. I enjoyed this read a lot. I love how the twists and turns of this story is as good as all the rest in the series. This is a must read!
This was another engaging addition to the series and I absolutely loved the uniqueness to wolf shifter Trinity's gift. She was banished from her pack because of it and eventually finds herself on Katu Pack lands. Hoping for a respite before journeying on, she meets Grayson and they both realize they're mates. However, trust is in short supply for Trinity, and Grayson has to take the time to show her both the pack, and his own, acceptance of differences. When her gift gives her the opportunity to save the pack, she's unsure how to proceed... Expect to get caught up in the drama, danger, secrets and hot chemistry as you follow these two to their HEA. Good fun!
Book 11 of the Katu Wolves series. While it can be read as a standalone for maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.
'Trust is tested. Blood is spilled. And love must be stronger than fear.'
The characters were very complex and compelling and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. Another great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend it.
Kick back and enjoy the read!.

Trinity has spent her life as an outcast because of her paranormal abilities. It made other shifters in her pack fear all she knew, so she had been banished. Now she is in the Katu territory. They are well known for taking in those who have no pack or place to belong. Grayson is one of the first shifters she meets, and instantly, they recognize each other as their mate. This is an excellent book with plenty of steam, action, and HEA.

Love this series! I have read the other novels in this series and enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was excited to jump back into this series and it did not let me down. From the first chapter I was sucked right back in and it captured my attention right up until the last page. My heart hurt for Trinity and all she had been thru in her last pack. I loved Trinity and Grayson's story. I loved watching her walls and defenses come down and open herself up to falling in love. So good! I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next. So good!
Trinity comes upon the Kate pack and as she meets the first members she meets her mate. Grayson is one of the first to meet Trinity when she comes upon his pack and she is his mate. this is a pack that operates very differently than her former pack and as she and Grayson get to know each other they as there are other events happening. This is an interesting, supportive book about two people who meet each other. A great book!.

Quiet Mate is book eleven of the Katu Wolves Series.
Trinity is alone and scared and doesn't know who to trust with her secret. When she comes across the Katu Wolves Pack, she doesn't know what to make of them as they are welcoming and kind towards her. However, her secrets helps her to know something bad is coming for the pack and she needs to decide if she can fully trust them with her life. Grayson is her fated mate and we see him work at developing a strong and lasting bond together.
A great quick read. This shifter story is part of the Katu Wolves series and characters from previous stories are part of this read but this story could be read as a stand-alone. Trinity has an ability that resulted her in being thrown out of her pack. She lands in the Katu territory and her life changes. Some heat but the story mostly focuses on acceptance and trust in relationships,.

Trinity had a gift one that had her ousted from her pack, when she comes across the Katu pack she never thought she would find her mate there. Grayson knew at first scent Trinity was his but as danger comes close will her gift be a blessing or the end? Well written the story and characters are engaging and well paced through out. Steamy shifter romance.
A great short story of resilience. I enjoyed how Trinity is a sassy, independent woman that is hardened by betrayal. She is able to take a chance on a new life and though she's scared, she takes that chance anyway.

I loved this book. Trinity's gift brings something new to the series. The Katu pack is awesome they just accept it, and learn valuable information from it. Grayson, is just the right man for her.
