I loved the information in this book. I will be reading it several more times to remember to steps and details to continue to move away from worrying. The only thing that I think could help this move book, would be a workbook. A great way to lengthen the usefulness and earn additional income. Besides the fact that it could house really valuable information that would also contain my insights and learning. A journal is good enough, but a workbook would be a great addition.
As a timely reminder of well known advice, it sort of works and it was a free download so I have rated it three stars. It’s not that well written though and is full of repetition and grammatical errors unfortunately.
