Unbeknownst to Fiona, her stepsisters enter her name in an online dating system, which she flat-out tells them she doesn't have time or the inclination. Her focus is on saving the ranch.

When Gage's date is reluctant to go out with him, he's challenged to win her over. After a little digging, he discovers she's in a tight financially. He sees this as an angle to pay for a date, help her out, with no strings attached when the charity ball is over. Only he didn't count on falling for the pretty cowgirl, turned Cinderella. With her family ranch on the line, Fiona has no other choice than to accept Gage's offer and she's swept into a world of high-society, most girls would consider a dream come true. Fiona isn't impressed, but finds her prince charming a little to attractive to forget when the spell wears off.

About the author

Award-winning author Elle James grew up as an air force military brat. She received her work ethic from her rock-solid father, her creative streak from her artistic mother and inspiration from her writing partner and sister, Delilah Devlin. As a former member of the army reserves and a current member of the air force reserves, she's traveled across the United States and to Germany, managed a full-time job, and raised three wonderful children. She and her husband have even tried their hands at ranching exotic birds (ostriches, emus and rheas) in the Texas hill country. Ask her, and she'll tell you what it's like to go toe-to-toe with an angry three-hundred-and-fifty-pound bird and live to tell about it!

Her adventures in the army and air force reserves, and the wild antics of her life on a small ranch in Texas give her fodder for mystery, suspense and humor in her writing. My pov will be the same for the 1st and 2nd books from these series and partially for the 4th. (I skipped the 3rd)

I liked the concept and the writing was nice.
The premise was basically the same. Main characters were not very eager to participate in the online dating service in order to find their perfect match, love at first sight and a hea in the following days.

All characters were likeable and easy to connect with, their stories didn’t have drama, however development was lacking and all this insta love was repetitive.

A nice balance of serious and humor this second chance at love romance contains another strong guy who rescues kittens, a cute five year old girl, the sad undertone of PTSD and Military related suicide along with a heartwarming but emotion packed ending. While Tag continues to wait for Leslie, perpetual bachelor and former Navy SEAL Sean "Decker" O'leary agrees to try BODS on his dating quest for single minded bachelorettes only to be matched with Leslie's friend and new receptionist single mother the military widow Ava Swan.

A wonderful twist to a favored classic

I have to admit, anything with Cinderella in the title generally makes my must-read list. I also tend to be a sucker for billionaire stories. I think mostly because they are as much fairytale as Cinderella. Consequently, something with a title like The Billionaire Cinderella Test had to be read. I wasn't disappointed. This was a wonderful twist to a favored classic. It lost a star due to some troubling editing issues which is an issue with me. Editing issues throw me out of a story, and since I was so enthralled with it, being thrown out was unsettling. Other than that, this hit all the reasons I love the Cinderella story.

Another great read! It’s like reading a modern Cinderella story minus the nasty stepsisters, this time the step sisters are the matchmakers. Fionas stepsisters sign her up with BODS Billionaire Online Dating and she is matched with Gage. He is looking for a fake girlfriend to help him secure a deal and keep two rich females from trying to snag him! Fiona is totally opposite of the women he is used to. Gage has his work cut out for him just getting Fiona to go on a date!

I've read many of Elle James' books - they are quick reads, romance with sex, likable "good people" characters - very relaxing.

However, more attention to detail in the proofreading is needed.

Things like "wench" instead of "winch" when discussing ATVs.

The use of "peaked" / "piqued" / "peeked" is somewhat random.

I can ignore many errors like these but it seems that there are more per book as time goes on, and they are starting to grate.

Outstanding

The whole story was very well put together. Exciting and moving. It had the reader on the end of their seat the whole time through it. Wanting to know what's to happen next. It followed along with fairytale story line, to the best as possible. It all turned out for the better in the end for the family and for the couple to.

Finding Cinderella!

Another enjoyable and well written story by Elle James. I love the storyline and all the characters. Love Gage back story and loyalty. Love the humor and chemistry between Gage and Fiona. I am happy Gage got over his distrust of women and found his cinderella in Fiona. Glad they both got their HEA. Definitely recommend reading this book.

Good read

There is humor, angst, romance, an idiot, hot billionaire, one hot sex scene, and a teacher/waitress/hot cowgirl. He needs a date for his charity ball. The guys talk him into signing up at BODS. Her stepsisters think she needs to date. Highly recommend.

This was a really good book. It was a quick, easy read. A little bit of drama. The only thing that annoyed me, is the name Frank kept coming up with Emma and I couldn't figure out who Frank was.

I am loving this Billionaire Online Dating Service series. It's fun, sexy, and the characters are great. The Billionaire Cinderella Test is the second book in this awesome series. If you haven't read the first book in the series, never fear, this book can be read easily as a stand alone.

Fiona McKenzie has been away from the home she loves working her way through her college degree. She loves her family home and would do anything for her family. I found an instant admiration for Fiona and her down home characteristics.

Fiona doesn't have time to date right now. She has so many things to do, a man is the last thing on her agenda right now. She has a family to take care, a ranch to help take care of, money to make, and a job to find. She doesn't have time for a man, she really doesn't... That is until Gage Tate appears on the scene. Then she has to remind herself she doesn't have time because the attraction between these two is explosive. Look out and don't light a match anywhere near them.

Gage Tate is the second member of his group of friends to try out BODS. If he didn't need a date so bad for the ball he is hosting he wouldn't have tied it at all. He has given up on the thought of settling down with the right woman. Right now he just wants to work and he wants a special project. He needs a date or he's going to end up with the spoiled rich girl so he doesn't hurt her Daddy's feelings. That is the last thing Gage wants for needs.

Who would not fall instantly for Gage. He's hot, has a nice personality most of the time, unless he is shutting someone out. He's charming and I do mean charming. He has a way of using his adorableness to get what he wants.

I really enjoyed watching Fiona and Gage get to know each other. They both have to take a step or two out of their comfort zones. They have many things they have to overcome in order for their relationship to be more then just a date or two. There is some family drama, some great humorous scenes, a steamy scene or two, and characters that are so entertaining to read about.

Overall I just plain loved The Billionaire Cinderella Test. Elle James has once again written a story that I could not put down. She always does such a great job, I just love her books. I love her writing style and never have a problem finding myself immersed in her books from page one.

I can not wait to see what she has in store for this series. I know I will anxiously be awaiting the release of the next book in this series. Of course I will just plain be anxiously awaiting the next release by Elle James. She is certainly one of my must read authors.

A great read. Stand-alone, no cliffhanger.

This is the second book in the Billionaire Online Dating Service (BODS) series but it can be read as a stand-alone story.

Gage Tate has been burned by a woman before and he doesn’t believe in love-at-first-sight. He thinks women are only interested in his money and what it can buy for them.

Fiona is a down-to-earth girl. She loves living on the ranch that’s been in her family for over 200 years. Due to daunting medical bills from her step-mother’s illness/death her father is in danger of losing the ranch.

Fiona’s friend Leslie’s BODS matches her with Gage. He is wary of her and doesn’t trust the strong feelings he has for her almost immediately. Fiona doesn’t have time for a boyfriend; she has to do everything she can to save the ranch even if it means working two or three jobs.

This was a very fun, escape type of read. While I pretty much could tell how things would go it didn’t diminish the story for me at all. Sometimes I just want to read a book that I don’t have to think too hard about and just enjoy the escape from everyday life; this book did that for me. Oh, and there were plenty of sexy times in this book. 

There are a couple more billionaire friends of Gage that I hope Elle writes stories for soon.
