Thank you Becky Tzag for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

3.5 ⭐️

I loved the main relationship in this! Both Nora & Justin were so endearing, and I think they found a happy compromise that suited them both in the end.

The only main criticism I have of this book is that Justin’s children came across as much younger than early 20s, which grated on me somewhat. However, it wasn’t a huge issue and I still enjoyed the sweet, small town romance vibes 🥰

The Perfect Story by Becky Tzag is book 5 of 7 in the multi author series, Library Love Notes, set in the small town of Beaver Creek and is a dual POV, opposites attract romance that is sweet with a pinch of spice.

Nora Spencer is new to Beaver Creek and has landed a 6 month contract working at the local paper. She is a free spirit and doesn’t like to be tied down, a bit of a gypsy always on the move, seeing new towns, meeting new people but never making long term commitments and real connections. She feels it’s better to leave others before they have the chance leave and hurt you. Nora is writing an article about the town for the upcoming centennial celebrations and there is no one better to help her with the town knowledge and history than Justin Castor.

Justin is basically Beaver Creek royalty. His family founded the town and he loves everything about it, and it will always be, home. It has been just him and his two kids for the past 20 years, and raising them as a single dad he has always put them first. When he meets Nora at the library he is realising that now his kids are adults, 22 and 20, he really should be thinking of his own happiness and future and he’d love to get to know Nora better, so he offers to help her with her article.

Justin shows Nora the important places and people that make Beaver Creek so special and the more time they spend with each other the more their feelings grow towards each other, except they have different opinions about commitment and relationships and know if they act on these feelings then someone will get hurt.

Although this is a short story, I really enjoyed the character development from both Nora and Justin and how they maturely dealt with their feelings. I also really enjoyed the comedy provided from the secondary characters of his kids, mostly Ian, and the loveable Atticus and Bartholomew was the sweetest addition to this family - if only pet rabbits weren’t illegal where I live!

Overall I found this story to have lots of heart and just the right amount of angst. It really was, The Perfect Story.

What happens when you take a commitmentphobe 33 year old tattooed travel-junkie journalist and introduce her to a workaholic 40 year old single dad on a forced vacation, and sprinkle in two adult kids, a pair of pet rabbits, quirky and sweet small town locals, and some late night library research sessions? Then what happens when you add a thunderstorm during a hiking trip while the FMC and MMC have to take refuge in a cabin that has only one bed?

The Perfect Story, that's what.

Perhaps a BOLD choice to name your book The Perfect Story, but for me... it was perfect. I read this in just two sittings, bedtime being the only reason it wasn't a single sitting. At just over 200 pages, if I had started this earlier in the day, I could have easily finished it in one go. As it stands, I started it after work, read til nearly bedtime, which got me to around page 150, which set me up to finish the following day. The spicy Hallmark vibes were exactly what I wanted, and as entry number 5 in an interconnected standalone series, I enjoyed both the cozy signature vibes that Becky's usual content brings combined with the fun small town and citizens I've been getting to know throughout the series. This, like other books in the series, can be read as a standalone. I recommend the other books in the series I've read as well (so far, that's Loving the First Edition, Notes of the Past, and Written in the Margins) but they are not necessary to enjoy this one on it's own. You'll enjoy some cameos if you do read them first, though! And, speaking of cameos, if you've read some of Becky's other books, you may notice a special appearance by somebody! I squealed with delight.

In case it's not overly obvious (it is) I'm a Becky fan, and her writing has only gotten better as time has gone on. I particularly loved that the FMC Nora had baggage she needed to work through ("He may be a green flag, but I am a giant red one."), and there were tough conversations that happened. Her instinct to run when things get tough or scary, and her reluctance to put down roots because nothing frightens her more than being trapped, is very relatable. The hardest part is Nora is extremely likable, but she keeps everyone at arms length. The MMC Justin never pushes her past her comfort zone, but he refused to let her run from her problems or ignore them ("That's what we said we'd do, right? Talk and not run?"). That's exactly the kind of supporting partner I love! He gives her all the space she needs to be messy, scared, vulnerable. And, like any good book boyfriend, he bends her over in the bathroom during a party. Do people overhear? Maybe. Read and find out.

⭐⭐ 4/5 stars ⭐⭐

We're back in Beaver Creek, and honestly? Despite being entirely fictional, this town has me desperately googling flights to Canada every single time. There is something about this place that just wraps itself around you like a warm blanket, and Becky Tzag absolutely knows what she's doing.

Nora is a tough cookie in the truest sense. She moves and moves and moves, never letting herself get too attached, too comfortable, too seen, because being seen means being hurt and she is simply not having it, thank you very much. But Beaver Creek, its people, and of course Justin, slowly and persistently chip away at all of that armour until she can't help but soften. Watching her get there is just... everything.

And Justin. Oh, Justin. A golden retriever in human form, a dad of two (who occasionally felt younger than their own father, bless them), and a rabbit papa on top of it all. He's not without his own walls and issues, though. He's not about to ask someone to stay for him, which means these two are absolutely determined to be their own worst obstacles. Classic.

What I loved most was how genuinely frightened Nora is of being loved. Not in a dramatic, performative way but in that quiet, aching way that just makes you want to scoop her up and hold her together. The moment she asks "will you be my friend?" is pure warmth and I felt it in my whole chest. Justin, to his credit, is endlessly patient but also absolutely refuses to let her run or sweep things under the rug. He sees her and he's not budging. Honestly, good for him.

The spice is there, but it almost feels like a little cherry on top rather than the main event, which for this series feels just right. These novellas are not trying to be anything other than exactly what they are, and what they are is wonderful.

Not many books left in Beaver Creek now and I'm choosing not to think about that too hard.

Thank you to Becky Tzag for providing this ARC of The Perfect Story in exchange for my review.

The Perfect Story is a contemporary romance. It is also part of the Library Love Notes series, a series of open-door, small-town romances set in the fictional cozy town of Beaver Creek, Ontario. This book features Nora Spencer and Justin Castor.

Nora (33) is a bit of a free spirit. She is a journalist who travels frequently, moving from one city to another, never putting down roots. Her newest job takes her to Beaver Creek where she works at the Beaver Post.

Justin's (40) great, great, grandfather founded the town of Beaver Creek. He works in the family business along with his older sister Jessica, and his kids - Heather (20) and Ian (22). When his sister, the CEO of the company, forces him to take a holiday, Justin end up meandering around town. He heads towards the library which is where he meets Nora. Instantly smitten, he learns that she has been tasked with writing about the town's centennial and the planned celebrations. He quickly volunteers to assist her, explaining who he is, and his connections.

Justin hasn't been attracted to anyone in a long time. While he would have been interested in dating Nora, he is someone who believes in commitment and would only start something that would have the potential to be long term. Knowing that Nora is planning on leaving puts a kink in that. But their mutual attraction and their chemistry might have other plans.

I enjoyed the dynamic of their relationship. Justin pushes Nora outside of her comfort zone and teaches her the importance of communication in an adult relationship. At the same time he gives her space to be herself. Nora challenges Justin to try to live in the moment without thinking ahead. She also gets him to enjoy life and experiences and not bury himself in work.

This was another fun installment to the Library Love Notes series. I continue to enjoy the series and look forward to checking out the next one.

Book number 5 out of the Library Love Notes Collection.

Welcome back to Beaver Creek and the lovely townspeople. In this novel we are celebrating their centennial.

We meet Nora, a young journalist who has recently moved to Beaver Creek for a six month contact at a local newspaper. She has had some fair share of disappointments in her life and has spent her adult life going from town to town not making any friends and not putting down any roots....could Beaver Creek be the town to be her home??

Then we meet Justin, a man who has many roots in Beaver Creek. He is a father of 2, he works with his sister and 2 older children and his relatives actually founded the town. He loves his town and cant imagine living anywhere else.

The two meet at the local library. Nora is there doing research for an article she is writing about the founders and founding of the town while Justin is there due to a forced holiday his sister had thrust upon him. Introducing himself as a descendent of the founders he offered to help her with research for the article.

While spending time together the two got closer. Both knew this was temporary but as they kept spending time together their feelings got stronger, which scared Nora as she had some past issues to deal with.

Having the additional characters in there added to the depth of the book. I loved hos 2 kids and the rest of his family. And the co-workers of Nora were nice too. We also got to meet many lovely townspeople as Nora did her research.

I loved how their story developed. I really enjoyed their interactions together and how easy Justin made Nora feel. Watching both of them learn how to negotiate their relationship was endearing. Watching Justin develop a new relationship after his kids mother left and watching Nora learn to open up to someone was really lovely.

Can Nora get out of her own way and learn to let Justin in? Will Beaver Creek be the town to keep her in one place?

The Perfect Story, by Becky Tzag, is book five in the Library Love Notes series. It is an open-door, small-town romance set in the cozy town of Beaver Creek, Ontario. The book explores the theme that home is found not in a specific location, but in the connections we build with others.

The story follows Nora, a freelance journalist who prides herself on her ability to constantly move and avoid deep commitments. By choosing the small town of Beaver Creek for her next contract, she inadvertently stumbles into a life that forces her to reconcile her desire for independence and need for belonging. She lives her life “purely on vibes,” which allows her to remain detached. While working at The Beaver Post, she crosses paths with Justin, a local man whose family history is deeply entwined with the town’s founding.

The story follows them as they move from a professional relationship to an intimate, life-altering bond. Justin is the golden boy of the town, but beneath the surface, he struggles with the legacy of his past and the fear of losing another partner. Nora carries the weight of past abandonment and the lifelong habit of leaving before she can be left.

The supporting cast around these two is just as important. Justin’s children and the women in Nora’s circle play a critical role in showing Nora that she is capable of being loved. By shedding her defensive layers and accepting the love of Justin and his community, Nora discovers that the life she was looking for was the one she had to build, not one she had to find.

Thanks to Becky Tzag for gifting me an eARC of The Perfect Story. I am leaving this review voluntarily. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The Perfect Story by Canadian indie author Becky Tzag is the fifth of seven interconnected books in the Library Love Notes series by Canadian indie authors. It is a single dad, small-town, age-gap romance.

This is the only book in this series that is available in both spicy and sweet versions. I read the spicy version.

• Finding home
• Feeling loved and cared for
• Personal growth, healing and acceptance
• Feeling safe to be yourself
• Found family
• The library - they meet at the library.
• LGBTQIA2S+ representation

Nora and Justin had a perfect story. Their instant attraction was tested by their attitudes towards dating and romance, but together, and with the help of family and friends, they found their way to their happily ever after.

I appreciated the character growth in this story and the way these characters loved Beaver Creek. Justin is a huge green flag and Nora truly chose the perfect town to "temporarily" move to.

I really enjoyed all the family members, friends and side characters in this book. It really made me feel the love and small-town feel.

I also really enjoyed learning more about Beaver Creek and the members and businesses that founded it. And seeing characters and places from previous books in this series has become a special highlight of reading this series. It makes me wonder if we will see any of the new characters featured in the rest of the Library Love Notes series.

"This book is dedicated to anyone wandering through life, trying to figure out who you are. You will find yourself. It’s okay if it takes longer than you thought it would."

Nora is 33 moves around a lot. She works in the newspaper office. Nora has to do a piece of how far Beaver Creek has grown.

Justin is 40 a workaholic he also has two grown adults children. His son is 22 and his daughter is 20. Justin also have two rabbits. His children stay at home with him.

Justin spots Nora in the library since his sister made him take 3 weeks off work. He has nothing to do so he stopped in the library to find a new book to read. But instead his attention is on Nora.

He ask her what she was working on she told him so he offered to help. She tells him she’s more than capable of doing her job he tells her that his family founded the town. Nora decides to let him help.

So that’s where the beaver creek town name came from Justin last name is Castor which means Beaver in French.

I would love to go to a stained glass workshop.

Nora plans on only staying in town for 6 months she wants to have a no-stings- attached situation ship with Justin. But Justin doesn’t do those he wants to dive right in for the long run.

However things quickly changes he wants to have her however he can for as long as she’s in town.

They give each other a shot. She gets scared of the feelings she feels. She’s used to being forgotten and left.

Nora boss offers her his job which means she has to stay in Beaver Creek.

It’s the first book that I read by this author, and I enjoyed it just like the two other novels from this series that I already read. Everything happens in Beaver Creek, and over time I almost believed that it was an actual small town, since Gleph exists in real life, and they mentioned a few times that it was near that city.

I’ll give my star to Justin, since he gave me the opportunity to learn more about Beaver Creek, he’s older than many main protagonists that I encounter in romance. I’m always happy to meet characters that have my age and he’s mature. I have to admit that her last name made me laugh, and I understand why he didn’t like it so much.

Nora is a cool character; she’s independent, maybe she does too much when it comes to relationships, but I understand her point of view. It’s hard to open yourself to somebody these days, especially someone you just encountered. She’s also a journalist, which puts her on top of my favorite characters. She arrives right after Justin.

The library is back again in the book; it’s the location where they meet, and I couldn’t think of a better place to meet your soulmate. You can find two versions of this novel: sweet and spicy and it’s the only book from this series that has the option. I love the fact that Justin has two rabbits. I only have a cat, but I always enjoy when a pet features a role in romance.

The Perfect Story by Becky Tzag (part of the Library Love Notes series) is a sweet, small-town romance that blends emotional depth, gentle spice, and plenty of heart. Nora, a commitment-avoidant traveler on a short-term work contract, meets Justin, a rooted hometown hero who is everything she didn’t know she needed. Their connection builds naturally, turning hesitation into something tender, warm, and deeply hopeful.
What worked especially well was the emotional realism in both characters’ fears—Nora’s fear of staying and Justin’s fear of being left behind again. Their chemistry is strong, but it’s the slower emotional unraveling that gives the story its charm. Justin, in particular, stands out as a patient, steady presence who makes falling in love feel safe instead of risky.
The writing style is light, cozy, and easy to read, with a comforting small-town atmosphere and a found-family feel that adds extra warmth. At times, the conflict is more internal than plot-driven, which may feel a bit low-stakes for some readers, but it also keeps the focus on character growth and romance.
Overall, this is a heartfelt, cozy read about choosing love even when it scares you—and yes, the beaver puns deserve their own standing ovation. A lovely addition to the series.

The Author's Note made me chuckle, although at first I thought it said no apologies if the book makes you want to adopt a pet rabbit 😅 It was more apologies in advance, but I feel like apologies are not necessary!

🐇The two bunnies in this book are super cute and adds such a lovely vibe to the story! This was also such a nice ensemble story. If ever a story needs more spin-off books, this one has plenty of interesting characters with potential... PS I know at least one book in this series has a "book 2" coming out in two months (Notes of the Past has the spin-off And Then It Happened, which I'm super excited about)...

Getting ahead of myself there...

🦫 The Perfect Story gave us more background to Beaver Creek (like why is it called Beaver Creek??), it's funny, it's cute, there are bunnies, there's silliness, but it's also serious at times. I enjoyed the quiet moments the best, there really is something about taking a moment to enjoy and appreciate what you have, rather than always being on the go.

📚 Oh, and the spinoff? I think it would be interesting to read an “Ian story” - which I’ve since found out is available in the author’s short story collection!! Woo! But let’s be honest. I want a Bartholomew & Atticus story more 🐰

Thank you for the eARC!

The Perfect Story

This is book five of the Library Love Notes series and it really is a perfect story. Our two MC's are 33 (FMC) & 40 (MMC) and their love story shows that these two know what they want out of life. However, Nora is about to have all of her relationship beliefs thrown upside down. Justin is just everything she has never had. Kind, patient, loving and 100% in her corner.

As the story progresses we see how love can make you question your life choices and the path you are travelling. How finding that right person for you can enhance your life and make you ache for things you never thought you would want.

Nora and Justin just work, their attraction is there from the start but it's how they work together to make it stronger that makes your heart beat a little faster and makes you cheer for them as they reach every milestone.

Justin's kids are great too, especially Ian. He had me cackling out loud with some of his antics. This was another wonderful addition to a lovely series. At just over 2 hours to read, it kept me invested the whole time. 4 stars.

Thank you to Becky Tzag for the ARC copy!

The Perfect Story was such a sweet small-town romance, and as an Ontario reader, I loved seeing a familiar Canadian setting brought to life on the page.

Nora and Justin were easy to root for from the start. Nora has spent years convincing herself that moving on is easier than putting down roots, while Justin has built his life in Beaver Creek and isn’t looking anywhere else. Their journey felt heartfelt, emotional, and full of hope!

Justin was definitely my favorite part of the story. Had me swooning hard ! He’s patient, supportive, and exactly the kind of hero you want Nora to find. The chemistry between them was strong, the romance was believable, and the spice added just the right amount of heat without taking away from the emotional connection.

Add in the library setting (my fav!), found family, small-town charm, and Ontario backdrop, and this was a cozy, enjoyable read!

This book was fun, realistic, and charming all at once. It's one of seven books by various authors set in the fictional small town of Beaver Creek, Ontario. I've read several of them so far, and I have to mention how delightful it is that the books' titles tie into the story so well. It's a small thing, and I love it (be sure to check out the others!). To set the stage, Nora comes to town for a short-term job with the newspaper and crosses paths with Justin, a local businessman. The meet/cute is excellent, the banter sparkles, and the chemistry is immediate. I loved listening to these two, whether they are teasing each other or having serious conversations: their "back and forth" vibe, their listening and understanding, is just perfect. If there's any chance of an audiobook, I expect it would be sensational! Justin has two adult children who have plenty to say; his son Ian is hilariously snarky and teases his dad mercilessly. There is plenty of real emotion here too, as Nora and Justin fall for each other and must figure out how to be together when Nora usually doesn't stay. This is one of the most well-balanced books I have read in a while: an amazing mix of drama, banter, spice, and small town ambience with wonderful characters and a believable happy ending. A reader can't ask for more than that!
I was given an ARC and volunteered to write a review.

The Perfect Story is the fifth book in the Library Love Notes series, which are all written by different Canadian authors. It continues to be cozy and romantic in the small town of Beaver Creek, even if Nora was just supposed to be in town temporarily. Who knew being forced to take some time off would lead Justin to meeting his other half?

I have to say that their story was the best kind of different and actually adorbs. I loved their little age gap (she’s 33 and he’s 40), and the fact that he has adult children. I feel like you often see characters with young children, so that was refreshing and they definitely brought some extra laughs along with them. Also, JUSTIN HAS RABBITS! Two cute and fluffy rabbits that roam around, hoppy as they can be.

The Perfect Story brings a deal to the table, Canadian lingo and humour, navigating through new territory/feelings, some begging and all the vibes you’d find in a small town romance.

Generally I liked the story and the characters.

A couple of small picky points: 1. Given that I know a lot of people who work in the heritage field (especially in Ontario), having the town be only 100 years old seemed unrealistically young for the part of Ontario in which it is (fictionally located). 2. While a reason is given early in the book for why Kris works part-time, it would've been nice if it had been mentioned whether they had been approached about the promotion before it had been offered to Nora. 3. I know people can have very different perspectives on living in the same small community, but some of Justin's comments idealizing Beaver Creek and its citizens were at odds with the experience of at least one of the characters in one of the previous books. I only mention it because that situation seemed big enough that it would've been on almost everyone's radar, especially Nora (since she works at the newspaper) and Justin (his position in the community).

I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

4.5 stars. This story is dual POV, well written and edited, and an emotional, small town, contemporary romance between Justin, the male lead who is a member of the town’s founding family and has never had a desire to leave, and Nora, the female newspaper reporter who has never stopped moving since her high school boyfriend and parents abandoned her at the same time. I empathised with the emotional pain both characters carried. I enjoyed Nora’s curiosity and professional competence. I enjoyed Justin’s gentleness, his proclivity for blushing, and his sincere consent focus. I enjoyed the developing relationship. I enjoyed the contributions of secondary characters, especially Justin’s adult children’s meddling with love (and different personalities). I enjoyed the steamy intimate scenes. I enjoyed the ending. This has been my favourite in the series so far.

I received a complimentary copy from the author and this is my voluntary honest review.

The characters in this beautiful story are all wonderful, down to Justin's adorable little rabbits. Justin was left at a young age to raise his two children on his own. They are now grown up and he has filled his time with work instead of placing himself in the vulnerable position of being rejected again. He is now looking for a companion and he falls for Nora almost as soon as he meets her. I really love their dynamic. She moves around constantly, never staying anywhere long enough to form bonds. She must learn that she is lovable and that home is not a place so much as it is where your heart is. Her heart is with Justin and the beautiful community of Beaver Creek who accept her and support her. This entertaining story is well written, with lots of spice and humour, and leaves you feeling good at the end. It is my first book by this author, and I would happily read more.

This is the second series I’ve read where various authors write their own stories centred in one place* and I love it. Each story is unique, but has characters and places that crossover, it’s fun to be a part of.

The Perfect Story has our wanderer Nora finding herself in Beaver Creek and meeting Justin who, frankly, sounds like the perfect man. Between, town history, coffee, bunnies and beaver jokes, these two become entwined.

I love how these two come together and how Justin is surrounded by amazing family and friends. Although Nora doesn’t have the same and her past has defined her, Beaver Creek offers some new opportunities and choices.

There is some spice. 🌶️🌶️

For those who prefer no spice, there is a dad approved version of this story available, look for the Sweet Edition. 🍭

*Legendary Frybread Drive-in, was the other, totally different vibe, but some amazing stories to check out.

This was a short novel, but the pace was good and solid character development. Nora and Justin are learning the importance of stepping out of their comfort zones. They are also learning the meaning of living a life versus existing. This book outlines the idea of home, accepting love, and accepting who we are.

The more I read the books in this series the more I want to move to Braver Creek. This one does not disappoint. We find Justin and Nora meeting and having sparks but realizing that Nora has plans to leave town in a few months for good and Justin is only interested in serious relationships. They finally realize with the help of his kids and the town that maybe they should see what happens. Justin is kind and patient and never pushes Nora to stay. He actually pushes her away to save himself the heartbreak until he can no longer avoid her. Nora slowly starts to realize that maybe running doesn’t suit her anymore and that she could have friends and family and a reason to stay. The sparks fly and they are drawn back to each other. The spice is delectable as always. The small town vibes are high with side characters making an appearance.

This was an okay read! The characters were interesting, although Justin didn't feel his age. He seemed so much younger and awkward and that was kind of odd to get through. His kids also felt really young despite being in their 20's, with his son being weirdly obsessed with his dad's masturbation and sex life habits and that pulled me right out of the story multiple times. From there, Nora was oddly hung up on a very young romance well into her 30's, and I'm glad she got past it eventually but it still left me feeling unable to connect to both leads.

The story overall was okay, I just didn't feel the same kind of enthusiasm for their love story as I did with Written In The Margins.

I was sent a complimentary advanced reader copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thank you to the author for sending this my way!

Thank you Becky for the chance to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

3.75⭐️

This is book 5 is the Library Love Notes series.

Nora is a 33 yr old commitmentphobe and freelance journalist. She moves to Beaver Creek, Ontario and gets hired at the local paper for a temporary position.

Nora meets Justin is a 40 yr old single dad, CFO of the Castor Group. Justin dedicates his time to work, his adult children and their pet rabbits. Justin's sister forces him to take a well deserved vacation. At a loss of what to do while his spare time, Justin heads to the library where he meets the beautiful Nora researching their small town.

Justin is the greenest of green flag MC that I have come across in a while. He was exactly what Nora need to grow as a character and decide that settling down isn't so bad.

This is a quick read and a good addition to the Library Love Notes series.

"If we were meant to stay in one place, we'd have roots instead of feet."
— Rachel Wolchin

Nora never stays in one place for long. When she is given a short-term opportunity to write for the local paper in Beaver Creek, a small town in Canada, she takes it.

Justin, on the other hand, is a hometown roots kind of guy and a member of Beaver Creek's founding family.

Both carry their own history of trust issues and a fear of repeating past mistakes, leading them to build walls to protect themselves.

But as the quote states, if we were meant to stay, we'd have roots instead of feet—and that is exactly what Nora and Justin grow: deep roots in Beaver Creek, anchored by their newfound love.

I have read and reviewed all of the Library Love Notes stories, and they all have a little something everyone can relate to.

Thank you to the author for sharing this ARC with me.

“The perfect story” is a lovely small town romance, where a girl who’s been running all her life, may just find what she needs in Beaver Creek!

While the book can be read in just under 3hr, the story is very well developed and each new character is more lovable than the last! (Ian is my favourite by far🤪)

The HEA is expected, while still sweet and impactful💕
Think Gilmore Girls vibe with a twist.

This is the second story I read off the Beaver Creek series (all written by different authors), and I was so happy to see there are references of characters from other books in each one 😊

Each story is short and sweet, and having different authors’ perspectives makes it real fun!

I truly love everything that Becky writes, and this is no exception! I was laughing, giggling and blushing.

I love how they became friends before anything else, even if Justin was clearly so in love from the moment he saw her! There was no forcing Nora to stay, but she was so at home in Beaver Creek!

It was so refreshing to read about a main character with adult children. Heather and Ian were so perfect in this story! As were the bunnies, though I almost wanted even more bunny appearances!

Also, the spice. Becky, girl, the way you made that man the sweetest in the streets and something so different in the sheets was DELIGHTFUL!

Thank you so much, Becky, for the advance cop of this story. I cannot wait to read Ian’s short story next!

4⭐3🌶️ ARC Dual POV First Person
Nora and Justin
🦫 Puns and the innuendos 🤣
For a lot of the story I was just telling at Nora to go to effing therapy already!!! Lol But seriously, other people's actions/choices are their own, and I know it's hard, but we really shouldn't burden ourselves with the blame. I do enjoy their story though, Justin is a great balance of sweet and spicy. And his kids were great, Heather was sweet and supportive, while Ian was a meance lol.

"We both have an appreciation for lumberjacks, particularly watching videos of one with a love of suspenders, choping wood on social media." Girl, same. I know who you talkin about 👀

Back to Beaver Creek for the fifth book in the Library Love Notes series - Nora's story.
This was so heartwarming and cozy, I really enjoyed hearing more of the back story of this small town that is Beaver Creek and how each business has helped it grow to what it is and how each member of the community is like family and comes together when really needed.
Justin is such a sweetheart I loved how easily he'd blush plus a red head so can't be helped but it was adorable. I loved the beaver banter and just how easy the characters were with each other.
I thoroughly enjoyed this so much and i really want bunnies now 😆
