Robin Patchen is a USA Today bestselling and award-winning author of Christian romantic suspense. She grew up in a small town in New Hampshire, the setting of her Nutfield Saga books, and then headed to Boston to earn a journalism degree. After college, working in marketing and public relations, she discovered how much she loathed the nine-to-five ball-and-chain. After relocating to the Southwest, she started writing her first novel while she homeschooled her three children. The novel was dreadful, but her passion for storytelling didn’t wane. Thankfully, as her children grew, so did her writing ability. A great set of romantic suspense novels by seven different authors. I couldn't pick a favorite. I enjoyed them all immensely. The authors included in the set are some of my favorites, so of course, I expected to be entertained. I wasn't disappointed.

The stories are all clean reads and well-written. I highly recommend them.

Grave Secrets by Elle E. Kay was such a thrilling story.
This is my first time reading this author, but it won't be my last. The action in this book was non-stop. A real page turner. The plot was scary because it's stuff that's happening in this day and age.
But the twist at the end blew me away.

Call of Honor by Alexa Verde was very good.

There are some fantastic authors in this collection with great stories!
Twisted Lies by Robin Patchen has great characters with Nathan Boyle, a former reporter for the New York Times, and Marisa Vega, who is hiding from the bad guys and the FBI even though she is innocent. There are enough twists and turns in this story to make you dizzy. It has a very satisfying ending of the suspense/mystery part of the tale, and an HEA for Nate and Marissa. This read is a great example of why Robin Patchen is one of my favorite authors.
Ned of The Minnesota Marshalls series is one of those books that you shouldn't start late in the day unless you are very, very disciplined. You will not want to put it down until you reach the end. It's filled with intriguing characters, and the main characters, Ned and Shae are likable and truly admirable. They both undergo growth throughout the story. The book is packed with action, and author Susan May Warren smoothly weaves faith in the story. It leads into a story about another Marshall family member, but this story has a satisfying ending. I have read the entire series and highly recommend it.
False Identity by Jennifer Youngblood and Sandra Poole has interesting characters and even a few Christmas miracles. The villain is a delusional sociopath that hides in plain sight. There's mystery and suspense with some twists. Our main characters Gabe and Chancy get an HEA, and the mystery is wrapped up very satisfactorily. I would read more works by these authors.
Grave Secrets drew me in quickly and didn't let me go. Samantha (Sam) and Gavin are likeable main characters. I enjoyed reading about their romance and their faith. There is a wonderful proposal scene. The villain's thinking is twisted; he truly believes he's doing good. Inside his head is a scary place! Author Elle E. Kay does a phenomenal job of showing not just the main characters' motivations, but also that of several supporting characters. The plot has twists and turns, and the last one is shocking. I would definitely read more in this series and anything else that this author writes.
In Call of Honor, Bryson Hamilton is a firefighter with a broken heart and is on a cruise to celebrate his brother's wedding. Jazlene, the jazz singer performing on the ship, is more than she appears to be. Both main characters are well-developed, likable, and interesting. I was immediately pulled into the story and happily stayed there through the end. The twisty plot has mystery and suspense, as well as humor and a gentle faith message. There's a great HEA, and the mystery is tied up well. I have enjoyed all of the books in the Honor and Danger Team series, and Call of Honor is an excellent addition to it. I would definitely read more of this series and more from author Alexa Verde.
Tough as Steele is a perfect example of romantic suspense. Londyn Steele and Nate Ryder are both police detectives but in different districts. He has jurisdiction, but she needs to find missing Mimi Vandervoort, not only out of human compassion, but because the Steele Guardians were in charge of security when she disappeared. Both main characters are interesting and likeable. I enjoyed the strong family ties of the Steeles and the renewing of the relationship of Ryder and the family that took him in as a teen. There are twists within twists in this fast-moving plot. I highly recommend author Susan Sleeman and the Steele Guardian series. I've already picked up the next one in this series.
I received a complimentary copy and am sharing my opinion of this wonderful collection.

Twisted Lies: I found this book full of twists & turns trying to figure out who stole the money, who has little Anna & whether there will be a happy ending. I never would have guessed who one of the kidnappers was nor that that person would get killed. The second kidnapper was surprise #2. Then the person with the money was the third surprise. I think it is a well written mystery.
Ned: I enjoyed this wild adventure story though it jumps around talking about things & people in the past so it was hard for me to follow completely. At least it has a good ending.
Committed: What is the secret Alivia is guarding that makes her a kidnaping target along with her business partner Klein? You have to read this excellent story to find out. It is a good mystery.
False Identity: I enjoy Ms. Youngblood's writing style and content. This story centers around a stacker, a homeless man, a woman with a grieving heart and robbers. A great mystery and kept me reading until the end which was a surprise to me.
Grave Secrets: The following statement best describes by thoughts about this book: "Perfect for fans of faith-based thrillers where protective instincts, cold cases, and romantic tension intertwine with deadly conspiracy." Human trafficing is a huge problem in our world that proves the depravity of mankind. God did not make women to be slaves for men nor to be used to make money. But is what happens when mankind does not understand the principles of His word in the Bible. Not necessarily an easy story to read but does protray the truth in this sin cursed world we live in.
Call of Honor: This is quite the mystery story. Why is someone out to kill a singer on a cruise ship? How is Bryson going to protect her? Only with the help of his brother and friends. This is the first book I've read in this series but it is excellent.
Tough as Steele: This is the first book I've read by Ms. Sleeman. I found it very good, full of twists and turns, romance, and a satisfying ending I did not see coming.
I was given a copy of this anthology. I am voluntarily writing this review.

Wow what an awesome collection of suspense stories by some very excellent authors. The books are full stories so there over are 1800 pages. I'm still working my way through the books but I have read the one by Alexa Verde- Call of Honor.

This is my review for that story:

Great story and I loved the cruise details which brought back good memories of my past cruise trips. Bryson Hamilton is on this cruise for the wedding of his older brother Hudson and his fiance Hailey. Before the wedding ceremony can even happen one of the bridesmaids is kidnapped having all of the members of the Honor and Danger Team searching all over the ship for her. Bryson unexpectedly gets help from a beautiful woman who is a guest singer on the cruise. The singer Freda MIchaels is actually an undercover PI looking for a thief on the cruise ship. When she sees Bryson, she believes she has finally found the thief.

After finding the missing woman, Freda starts getting attacked as someone seems to want to kill her. She should suspect Bryson but he is the one that keeps saving her life. She may have to change her mind about him being her thief. Can Freda and Bryson discover who is behind the attacks? Can Bryson move beyond the betrayal of a past girlfriend to embrace a new relationship?

I read the story by Jennifer Youngblood- False Identity many years ago and remember enjoying it. It will be fun reading it again.

Anyway that 's my review for now because I have to get back to reading the rest of the book.

I received a copy of this book from the author and this is my honest unbiased review.

I have only finished one of the books in this set so far – from the author who sent it to me. If all the books are as good as this one, it is truly a wonderful set. I am very familiar with all the authors, and they are all on my favorites list, so I definitely plan to read them all!

Grave Secrets Elle Kay

Gavin is the owner of a personal security company. Sam is a park ranger. They have previously worked together. Because of their billionaire status, Gavin is having someone keep an eye on his sister Cate who is away at college. Sam’s uncle has been missing for five years. Is there a connection between Sam’s uncle, the college Cate is attending, and Gavin’s missing client? As they work together to solve the mystery, will their feelings for each other grow beyond coworkers?

This is a dynamic, suspenseful romantic mystery, featuring wonderful characters and very good Christian aspects.

Favorite Quotes: “Coincidences are God’s breadcrumbs.”

“I’ve come to the conclusion that if God allows something in my life, I’ll learn something from it even if I hate the process.”

I received a copy of this book from one of the authors. My review is entirely voluntary and unbiased.

What an amazing group of authors! All romantic suspense stories. I am reviewing Grave Secrets. I will be honest I was not expecting it to be such a engrossing book. This story is about a secret society that has been around since before 1800. They had twisted what the Bible says to meet their own needs. They kidnap young wealthy girls and arrange a marriage to a wealthy man once they get them "ready" to be the perfect wife. There are reprimands if they step out of line before or after the marriage. They are locked away while they are being taught to be the perfect wife. They have members of high status in their group. There is a legacy of members that go back to the beginning of the society. To keep this legacy going they have to recruit a member of a family that has been in the society once an older member has passed or is killed for insubordination. This society gets girls to pledge to a sorority at the University of Pennsylvania. It is the hub where the leader of the society works and chooses the right girls. But when he chooses the baby sister of Grayson and Gavin Garrison they will do whatever it takes to find her even joining the society when asked. This will start a domino effect that will either bring down the society or get them both killed.

Action, Danger, and Love

What a great group of books! Twisted Lies was a great mystery. Betrayal and God's leading in bringing just the right people at just the right time. Ned found a good man that would do anything to safely bring back Iris from traffickers. Lots of action. Committed was Alicia the construction business owner and her partner, Klein Vance. And the family secret weapon that was well hidden. Great story with a great ending. False identity was a great story of an undercover operation that became a healing process for two people who found comfort in each other. The way the story ties together from the first scene to their first Christmas together was beautiful. Grave Secrets was a complex plot of an old group, The Continental Alliance, that was simply a front for evil. Great characters and twists that keep you guessing. Call of Honor was a cruise ship mystery. Very intriguing. Some big surprises. Tough as Steele was exciting from the start. So many suspects in the abduction of a much loved woman, Mimi. Nate and Londyn were detectives who partnered to find her. Loved it. This was such easy reading, I was disappointed when I reached the end. Great job, all authors!

This anthology was full of amazing stories by authors that I enjoy reading.

Grave Secrets by Elle E. Kay
This was a fast-paced book focused on faith. I enjoyed the characters and learning about the continental alliance that was responsible for women disappearing in this college town. It was interesting to find out their beliefs about women and their role in society.
I especially enjoyed Cate and her brothers, Gavin and Grayson, who owned a security company that soon became involved with the missing women. I also liked Sam, who was a law-enforcement park ranger. Her uncle had disappeared and it was now a cold case that had ties to the continental alliance too.
This story immediately caught my attention as the story unfolded and more women seemed to disappear. I could not put the book down. I received an advance copy of this book, and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

An amazing collection of faith inspired romance and suspense. Each author have their own styles which made it a gripping read especially as some if the authors were new to me. Some of the authors especially Elle E Kay and Susan May Warren intertwine their faith throughout their novels others less so.
Each has characters that have issues that need dealing with before they can move on, many needing a second chance at love. Many only realising when the chips are down how deep their feelings are.
I would recommend each of the stories, some are part of an authors series and these entice you to want to read them all in order.
I was gifted this book as an ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was a great collection of romantic suspense stories by wonderful authors! I have read many of these authors before, but some were new to me. All the stories have kidnapping in some way as part of the story. I have to admit that I liked some books more than other but still, all of them were interesting and different. I would highly recommend this collection. You can't beat being able to read all of these books in one place! Some books are intense and others are less so but the characters are well thought out and capture your attention!

Thrillers!

I'm still working my way through all these fabulous stories, but I love the stories I've read so far.  Grave Secrets by Elle E Kay is a highlight.  Clever, unexpected twists as Gavin and his brother, Gaylord, search for their sister, Cate.  What they discover is shocking.  I can't wait to read other stories in this collection.

I read this book as part of an advance reader team. I am voluntarily writing this review.

If you like clean suspenseful novels, this is one for you. The novels are all clean with no graphic scenes or bad language. Some have more of a faith element than others, but there is a touch of it in every novel. Not every plot was one that resonated with me; some authors were new to me but others I have read after before.

I received a complimentary copy from one of the authors and these are my voluntary and honest opinions. I was not required to leave a positive review.

This is an awesome collection! I was already familiar with four of these authors but I was so excited to finally read the other authors. All these stories are great with plenty of action and sometimes, just when you think you have it all figured out, a new twist shows up out of nowhere and messes with your mind. You can't go wrong with this collection.

Grave Secrets by Elle E. Kay:

More than one case brings Gavin and Samantha back together. We got a glimpse of them in book 1. This book captured my attention from the start and kept me thinking way past the last page. Not only do we have a mystery, suspense, drama, romance but family as well as a past connection between these two characters. There were times I had to put the book down to wrap my mind around this shadowy society and rub off my goosebumps. Great ending.
