A fantastic follow-up to book 1. Improves on everything that made the first book so good - tension, violence, believable characters - a dark, slow-burn mystery thriller that builds to a explosive payoff!

OMG… THAT ENDING!!!!! 😱🤯
I KNEW IT. I absolutely knew it… but somehow I was still sitting there with my mouth hanging open when everything finally came together.
Michael Paul Patrick has a way of making you question everyone while dropping just enough clues to keep you guessing. Every chapter had me saying, “Wait… what?!” The suspense kept building, and I couldn’t put it down because I had to know the truth.
The characters felt real, the mystery kept me hooked, and the twists were perfectly timed. Even when I thought I had it figured out, I still wasn’t prepared for how it all unfolded.
Now excuse me while I sit here processing that ending… because WOW. 👏🖤

Unhinged
Michael P. Patrick, this book is amazing. The way you brought these characters to life made them feel so real, especially Eli Crow, who is such a fascinating and insightful character. This story made me feel emotions I didn’t even know I could feel. While I’m still upset about Henson’s situation, that only shows how deeply invested I became in the story. Above all, this was an incredible read, and I couldn’t put it down.

I have been obsessed since book 1. I could not put it down. I love the suspense and the mystery. Michael does a wonderful job drawing you in.
Cannot wait to continue to follow Eli in book 3 and see what happens ❤️

If I could give this book a thousand stars I would!!!! If you want a real psychological thriller then this is the book you need to read the mind F is real and it’s delicious!!!!! Read the book!!!!!! 100/10 recommend

OMG THIS TRILOGY HAS KEPT ME SO ENGAGED AND ON THE EDGE OF MY SEAT. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT IS COMING NEXT. AND THE ENDING OF THIS SECOND INSTALLMENT WAS MIND BLOWING. IF YOU HAVENT PICKED UP THIS TRILOGY YET I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE WAITING FOR!!!

So good! Kept me second guessing the whole time. And the actual reveal? Perfection. Amazing follow up to book one, can’t wait to finish the third and read more from Michael.
