This is a treasure of a book - one for the whole family. It is surely something I will turn to as my children get older and a gift I will likely give to others as they begin their own families. It was thoughtfully written and the stain glass images on every page are inspiring!
This may seem like an odd book for me to have read, but one of my closest friends is Catholic and during my stay at her house, I read the book in hopes of understanding some of the traditions and common practices relating to prayer that I didn't understand. This short little book was a helpful introduction to the Roman Catholic practice of prayer. I genuinely enjoyed reading it and I believe it helped me understand the faith of my friend more clearly.
