Olga has everything, yet feels empty. As a child, she learned the rules. She visualized countless times in her imagination how to achieve it, followed the instructions step by courtship, apartment, wedding, children. A perfectly planned life. She thought this would guarantee happiness.
Olga is wrong—something intangible eludes her.
What's wrong with her? Why does she feel suffocated and need to escape? She's done everything right, of that she's certain. How is it possible not to feel fulfilled? What's the mistake? Can it be fixed?
What if it weren't a "perfect life"? Can it really be one?
