This is another good and easy read written by Todd Whitaker et Al. This is an interesting read that follows the journey of a new principal as he encounters different challenges. It is written first- person with Roger Rookie describing the evolution of his leadership skills. The way it is written made for an interesting, engaging, entertaining and meaningful read. I would have liked to read more about how he continued his journey as the Pathfinder though.
