These novellas add additional insights and colour to the main epic fantasy Sentinal series as we learn more about select characters. They were originally written for the author's newsletter subscribers and are now being compiled in this collection. It is highly recommended that you read the main series first, as these novellas slot in between the series books.

It was followed by Sentinals Rising which was released on March 17th 2021 and achieved a Five Star Readers' Favorite review and an Honourable Mention award. Four further books have been released in the Sentinals series along with SoulBreather, the first book in the fantasy romance SoulMist series.
An avid reader of many different fiction genres, a love she inherited from her mother, Helen writes fantasy novels and enjoys paper crafting and scrapbooking as an escape from the pressure of the day job.
Having graduated from the University of Southampton with a Degree in Politics and International Relations, she remains an active member of their alumni.

This collection is written in three short stories by Helen Garraway.I will review each book with their own short review.
Book 1. Sentinals Discovery
This short story takes place in the remarkable world of Remargaren, which Helen has richly and vividly created throughout her Sentinals series. It is told in Birlerion's POV. It is captivating and gives us so much more depth into the rising of the Sentinals.
Book 2. Sentinals and Guardians
Again, this fantastic story takes place in Helen Garraway's beautiful, magically and vividly world building of Remargaren. The characters are all written with depth and you really feel like you know them. This story takes place at Alyssa's Watch of Deepwater. With Alyssa, Jennery, Tagerillion, Denirion, Oscar, and all the rest. I absolutely love this story and highly recommend reading it!
Book 3. Sentinals of Stoneford
In this last short story of Sentinals Collections One by Helen Garraway, the characters are written in depth,with a lot of personality. This story is about Stoneford Watch and the Sentinals and Guardians who watch over Stoneford. The captivating world Building of Helen Garraway is no surprise. However, there are a few twists and turns in this story. I love this story and highly recommend reading it.
Helen Garraway is a master storyteller and having read this collection has really pointed out new aspects of her Sentinals series. I highly recommend reading this collection!
Book 1. Sentinals Discovery
This short story takes place in the remarkable world of Remargaren, which Helen has richly and vividly created throughout her Sentinals series. It is told in Birlerion's POV. It is captivating and gives us so much more depth into the rising of the Sentinals.
Book 2. Sentinals and Guardians
Again, this fantastic story takes place in Helen Garraway's beautiful, magically and vividly world building of Remargaren. In "Sentinals Discovery", "Sentianls 0.5", Birlerion is introduced to his new Captain, Jerrol.
"Sentinals and Guardians", "Sentianls 2.5", features Tagerillion and Miranda, Alyssa and Jennery in Deepwater leading up to Year End while Captain Jerrol and Taelia are in Elothia.
"Sentinals of Stoneford", "Sentianls 4.5", shows the continuing need for the Sentinals even in times of peace.
The three stories help flesh out the world of Remargaren quite nicely.
Don't ask the book's AI about these stories! Read the book for yourself; it will be worth the time.

This is a set of 3 novellas in the Sentinals series. Sentinals Discovery 0.5, Sentinals and Guardians 2.5 and Sentinals of Stoneford 4.5. I loved the novellas. They really help to flesh out a bit more of Remargaren. I enjoy when authors do some novellas so you get some more information on characters or side quests you wouldn't get in the main books. Definitely recommend reading the novellas along with the main books in the series!

Sentinals collection one are three novellas playing in the world of Remargeren and giving you some more insight. Each book introduces new Sentinals to their captain and gives you more ideas and a better feeling for their ancient world. Enjoy!.
