I devoured this!!! The audio was amazing. To me this was a great example of reconnecting after trauma and years. It was the perfect spice and k!nk for me. It flowed so great. Duet narration just added to the experience.
The AI house was a bit much and I can see where people won’t like that. I just pretended it was a side character and didn’t take it serious.
It doesn’t surprise me that I loved this audio. I loved the audio of the first book in the series too. Jeré Anthony has my auto read audio stamp of approval 🥰

This book was an amazing listen! 🎧
I loved don’t call me daddy and don’t make me beg is a great second in the series! These MCs have so much history and so many layers and secrets! Scout is the perfect princess until she had to look at herself again through the eyes of her old best friend, and start to live again. Luka has paid the price for loving Scout and he has plans of revenge but when Scout needs saving Luka jumps in, but the question is why?
Loved this friends-enemies-marriage of convenience layout and getting to see Lukas family again, more of the town of Ashford Falls, it was like walking into a favorite town with tons of characters! 100% recommend the audio! So well done, loved the voices!!

Years later, Scout fails out of law school and is forced to move back home. Her father takes away her car and money as punishment and Luca steps in to help by letting her stay with him. He wants to hate her but the more time he spends with her, he remembers why he has always loved her. She lets it slip that she's a virgin who has never had an orgasm and he makes it his personal mission to help her and introduce her to BDSM. Spicy moment: when he told her to kiss the paddle and say thank you every time he hits her clit. 👀🔥

I audiobook it🎧, and I must say that both narrators were absolutely amazing together🥰.
If you enjoy cute and fun, friendnemies to lovers, yearning, suprises, 🤪🌶️, then this is clearly for you.
Jeré Anthony did a wonderful job in creating endearing characters. Her writting is delightful and she tells her story with finesse and humour.

I really enjoyed this book, so when I had the opportunity to do an ALC, I jumped at it. The story is super cute, and both Samantha Brentmoor, and J.F. Harding did an excellent job bringing the characters, and story to life.
If you’re a fan of small town romance, and friends to enemies to lovers, this one should be on your TBR for sure.

Loved it. Spicy, sweet, and hysterical. No 3rd Act breakup. The audiobook narration was top notch.
The only thing I didn’t like was the use of and AI house. It just felt like we shouldn’t be making that a good thing these days. But it was done like more like a nod to “Jarvis” in Iron Man.

Absolutely loved this audiobook. Narrators were amazing in thier roles. Engaging storyline. Lots of laughing and spicy. Oh so spicy 😍
