The last thing I expected on my work trip to Las Vegas was to find my boyfriend of eight years cheating on me with a showgirl. Wandering the Strip with nothing to my name except the clothes on my back and a few coins in my wallet, I stumble upon the replica of the Trevi Fountain.
I throw in the last coins I have to my name, because there’s no way my situation could get any worse.
That is, until I ask a charming stranger if he wants to marry me.
But you know what they say: Throw one coin and you’re sure to return. Throw two coins and you’ll find love. Three coins and you’re promised to get married.
I guess what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay there after all.

This was such a cute Valentine’s Day read! Mattie and Aiden meet in Las Vegas after Mattie’s boyfriend of eight years cheats on her with a showgirl. Thankfully, a chance encounter at the Trevi fountain changes both of their lives for the better.
I was kicking my feet and giggling the entire time I was reading this. It’s just so fun, and since we get the story from both of their perspectives, it’s nice to be in both their heads as they try to figure out what to do before Mattie gets on her plane back to Boston. I don’t think I will see pizza the same way for a few weeks, but maybe that’s a good thing.
Just a cute, short novella to get us through until the next drop and to drop on VALENTINE’S DAY????
You spoil us H.K.
Mattie and Aiden were just what I needed during this sorta reading slump of mine and I wish they were a whole book!!!
Aiden fell hard and fast but he was so respectful the whole time and let her decide and Mattie was traumatized by the start of the book but learned that she deserved more!
Loved them both and maybe we will see them again for the final book epilogue???? 👀
Mattie and Aiden have a whirlwind couple of days - it starts with 3 coins in a fountain and ends with a decision whether to give their spontaneous Vegas marriage a real shot. I loved every single sweet moment! When you know, you know - and I'll never look at pizza the same again! If you have an hour to sit and relax, take a chance on fate and read!
What a fun, quick little spicy Romance read this was. A spur of the moment Vegas wedding and a whole lot of chemistry at once. Aiden and Mattie have a meet cute making wishes. A marriage to a stranger and 24/hrs of Aiden proving that they very well could be great together and that they are. So cute, so sweet.
I read this whole book feeling like a kid in a candy store and I ate it up 😩😍🤤 I love love love a Vegas marriage & “My Wife” is the cherry on top 🍒 H.K. never misses 😮💨
