She was hired to expose him.

Falling for him was never part of the plan.

The numbers reveal incompetence, buried secrets, and corporate betrayal, just not his.

Now she’s caught between her mission and a man she’s starting to understand far too well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I LOVED this book!

This book had me hooked from the first chapter. The chemistry between Sebastian and Billie is intense and the slow burn makes every interaction between them feel electric.

I loved that Billie was such a strong, intelligent female lead who didn’t back down, even when dealing with someone as powerful as Sebastian. Their dynamic felt layered and believable, not just instalove.

The corporate intrigue added tension throughout the story and made the romance feel even more high stakes.

If you enjoy billionaire romance with real emotional depth and strong characters, you’ll love this one.

I started this thinking I’d read a few chapters and ended up finishing the whole book in one night.

Sebastian Vale is the kind of billionaire hero that completely takes over the story. He is powerful, intimidating and impossible to ignore.

But Billie absolutely holds her own with him and their chemistry is intense from the start.

The slow burn, the tension and the corporate drama kept me hooked the entire time and the spice is 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Definitely one of my favourite billionaire romances I’ve read recently.

I picked up Worth the Risk because I love a good enemies-to-lovers story, and this one definitely delivered. The tension between Sebastian and Billie is great from the start.

It’s not just romance - there’s a bit of mystery and corporate drama that keeps things interesting. Overall it was a really enjoyable read and the kind of book that makes you say “just one more chapter”. Highly recommend!

The words contained and alignment were way over used in this book. I also feel like it wasn’t edited. I can’t have been, which is a shame as it had the bones for a really good story.
