Choi Sehwa has a score to settle. Six years ago, someone ruined his life with a single act of carelessness—and he's never forgotten.
Now that same man, Hong Ihyun, is back. Polished, perfect, and hiding something he wants badly enough to make a deal with the devil.
Sehwa names his Ihyun's body. It's supposed to be revenge. A hidden camera, a ruined reputation, poetic justice served cold.
But Ihyun underneath him is nothing Sehwa prepared for. Every time Ihyun breaks apart, Sehwa's own walls crack wider. And the man he swore to destroy is becoming the one person he can't let go.
Revenge is simple. Wanting someone who doesn't know he should hate you is not.
Full-length dark MM romance. Explicit content with dark themes please be advised. HEA.
Sigh… just not getting good vibes from this and I’m not completely convinced this isn’t Ai. Very repetitive and the plot makes no sense? And I’m kinda really hating Ihyun. I do not understand how you have the audacity to contact your best friend’s fiancé and ask him to call off the wedding because you are in love with her. But then somehow follow it up with “our parents would never approve of us marrying each other, so I couldn’t ask her to marry me”. Cool. So. Your plan, in its entirety, is “stop best friend’s wedding so she doesn’t marry anyone else even though I can’t marry her either.” Got it. Totally unselfish best friend behavior. 🤨 And somehow he’s then willing to sell his body to said fiancé (INDEFINITELY, mind you!) for the marriage to be called off? Even though he’s completely and totally repulsed by the idea… and in love with someone else? What the actual fuck is even happening?! I’m so confused and I just can’t anymore.

If you love emotional enemies-to-lovers stories, I wholeheartedly recommend this one. ❤️🔥 Six years ago, Sehwa’s life was destroyed during one devastating night. Then, completely unexpectedly, he comes face-to-face again with Ihyun — the man responsible for his tragedy — who turns out to be his future wife’s best friend. Ihyun is everything Sehwa isn’t. Controlled. Strict. Completely composed. The perfect golden boy. The dislike between them is immediate. ⚔️ Then one day, Ihyun comes to Sehwa with a request. And Sehwa immediately sees his chance for revenge. Of course he’ll help Ihyun… If Ihyun is willing to pay the price. 👀🔥 I really loved this book. Both men are incredibly emotional, and I thought their characters were very well developed. I honestly couldn’t even decide which one I liked more. 😃❤️ At times it felt like someone had blended Heated Rivalry, For the Fans, and a little Hunt the Villain together — all in M.J. Kim’s style, which I apparently just can’t get enough of. There were even lines I went back and read several times simply because I loved them so much.
