A Love Worth Waiting For: A Faith Based Love Story

Rate this book
Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him, Isaiah 30:18.

After experiencing a blind betrayal, Judiah Walters returns to his hometown of Virginia to start over. He planned to keep his focus on his family and his healing, but when he’s sent to pick up cupcakes, a chance encounter shifts everything.

Bellami Bennett isn’t looking for love. Between running her family’s bakery and navigating an ocean of grief, she’s learned how to keep busy to escape reality. Though her faith has always anchored her, finding the patience to allow God to heal her has proven harder than she expected.

Through grief and growth, Judiah and Bellami discover that God’s silence isn’t absence but preparation. A Love Worth Waiting For is a heartfelt story of patience and the kind of love that only comes when you seek the Kingdom first and trust God to add the rest.

Amazing

This book was amazing. Shari you did your thing with this book. I am so happy you said yes to God. This book was everything I needed in my walk with God. You open my eyes to everything that I have been praying for from God in terms of finding a God fearing man. Now I have to go back to God because I have to tell him sorry I am patiently waiting for him to assign me my person like Ju waited for Bell. Amazing love story it was worth the wait. You have to know what you want from in a man or woman and make intentional dates. I love the way Ju listened to Bell he knew what she needed and when she needed it. God is funny like that both of their exes winded up with each other. Amazing book 20/10.

Renewed Strength in Love

I thoroughly appreciated this book. The narrator delivered an outstanding performance, bringing the characters to life with remarkable realism. The narrative and the execution of the story were captivating, offering a fresh perspective on life, along with inspiration, hope, and faith. This book illustrated God's love, the consequences of sin, the strength of forgiveness, and the reality of moving forward. The writing is well-crafted, occasionally humorous, and concludes with a beautiful fairy-tale ending!

When You Follow God

Shari B, what a great read. Thank you for following the path. I enjoyed seeing faith over fear, I enjoyed seeing unhappiness and sorrow become joyful and trusting. True love when we realize God is our everything. Although we are human we move differently with God in the front of us.
