Mine For The Night: A Valentine's Day Duet

Tori wasn’t looking for love. She wasn’t even looking for company.

But when she meets Solo and Heaven, one night turns into something deeper than any of them expected.

What started as curiosity becomes late nights, blurred boundaries, and emotions nobody planned for.

Because being wanted feels good.
But being chosen feels different.

And Tori has to decide if she’s willing to lose herself just to be part of something that was never meant to last.

Mine For The Night is a raw, emotional urban romance about desire, boundaries, and choosing yourself.

Well damn

Baby the intimacy I experienced while reading this book had me tingling all over. Solo’s approach to Tori is how I used to enjoy things; intense, leaving no room to breath, in your space all the time. However, Heaven’s approach, wanting to get to know Tori at her own pace while also leaving space for Tori to share who she is, is something I don’t think I’ve ever experienced before. I was truly surprised by the ending. I’m glad i own this book.

Couldn’t finish it

I really wish I wouldn’t have read Mine For The Night: A Valentine’s Duet first. In that book it really seemed like Solo and Heaven were a solid couple that genuinely enjoyed having another person. What was said in that book doesn’t align with what was said in this book. If I’m being honest, I’m currently writing this while still having about 30 pages left to read but I don’t think I can. My view on Solo has changed. My heart breaks for Heaven. She’s shrinking herself right before his eyes and he’s not even noticing. I feel like monogamy was never his thing and instead of expressing that before committing to forever, he tried to force it on himself. My ass should be sleep but I was literally dreaming about forcing myself to finish this book. Woke up and decided to try. Now I’m upset, disturbed, and sad, for Heaven. Maybe even a little for Solo too because he’s probably really going to be hurt and taken aback by Heaven’s departure. I don’t have the heart to finish this book. Also, it came off like this was their first time in A Valentine’s Diet, yet Jasmine, whom they met online years ago, was their first time. There have been countless unmentioned others. I was bothered by reading Solo say they opened the marriage years ago yet it kept saying they’ve been together seven years. The math ain’t mathing with this book so I’m subtracting myself from it. Triggered.
