Is it possible to have a Christian home when your husband could care less? Is it right to be "submissive" when you are smarter than him? What if he is a nice guy and even a Christian but you know he is headed the wrong direction?
Elizabeth Baker doesn't offer answers from her PhD or fifteen years as a professional counselor. This is the heart beat of a woman who has been there, done that, and found a scriptural way to move forward with hope!
Elizabeth Baker, Ph.D. is the author of seven books distributed through traditional publishers. She has thirty-five years experience as a Bible teacher, is a Fellow with the Oxford Society of Scholars and served twelve years as a church counselor. Currently living in Pittsburg, Texas, she is semi-retired dividing her time between grandchildren, gardening and freelance writing.
A widow since her mid-30's, Elizabeth has four, fantastic grown children, fifteen remarkable grandchildren, and six amazing great-grands. But, she identifies her greatest joy as helping others apply biblical principles to real-life situations.
Licensed as a Professional Counselor with the State of Texas, Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Liberty University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion and Society from Oxford Graduate School. She has been writing professionally for more than thirty years and enjoys giving occasional seminars to both lay and professional audiences.
