This was an excellent little book about Jean-Paul Sartre and his philosophy, existentialism. Sartre has become my newest favorite modern philosopher; he is one of the few who holds that free will is indeed a real thing for humans. In fact, free will is not only a real thing, it is a responsibility of every human to use their free will to live an authentic life, to create themselves to become who they can be. I will be reading more of Sartre's existentialism philosophy. I also want to see if Sartre's radical free will theory can be reconciled with Darwinian evolution and evolutionary psychology.
