The title of my book is called The Lemonade War. The author of my book is David E. Page. My book has 2 main character and a lot of secondary characters. Pam and Julie are the 2 main characters. The Lemonade War takes place outside in a rural area where there are barely no people. A brief description of my book could be that there were 2 best friends and they loved to do things together. One day they were playing a play station game and then an ad popped and said that their was a new game coming out. So, they tried different fundraisers and none of them got them closer to the cost of the game. Then, as the day went on there was a walk-a-thon going on down the street from them and they wanted to go to the water station. When they got there no one had bought them water, so Pam and Julie decided to go get there Lemonade and sell it at the walk-a-thon. Finally, they sold enough money and was able to buy the game that they wanted. I think the book was really good and a really good life lesson. It teaches you how to make money when you don’t have any. One event is when they tried all those events and they didn’t work, but then the lemonade stand finally worked. I would recommend this book for young adults who like to be active.I rate this book a 4.
